Besvarelse fra Pelifantti
Hi Sabine, I am very sorry to hear that and on behalf of the packing team, I can only apologize. This should not have happened. And it's embarrassing that it did. Of course, you shouldn't have received the wrong items and the order should have been complete. Unfortunately though, we don't have any information about what went wrong and hence, were unable to address it on the spot. May we kindly ask you to get in touch via email (mail@heimat.one) and let us know what was wrong. We'll then issue a refund immediately - the least we can do. Kind regards, Serena - Managing Director & Co-Founder
Great German food!☺️
