Our initial loan turned into 3 times what we owed
I received a letter from an attorney at Heights Finance, stating that our $2000.00 loan had been increased to $7400.00. We reduced our loan to $900.00 due to health problems that prevented us from paying the entire amount. Now this attorney is coming after us for $7400.00. RUN AWAY QUICK

I had a great experience with Heights Finance, thanks to Peggy and her manager Tina. I came in late in the day on Friday, December 12th, thinking I might have to leave and come back another time. Instead, Peggy immediately made me feel welcome, asked me to have a seat, and got right to work.
Peggy made the entire process very smooth, quick, and thorough. She was professional, friendly, and efficient, and she explained everything clearly. Her manager, Tina, was also on site and just as awesome—very supportive and hands-on throughout the process.
Together, they were able to get everything approved quickly, and I was honestly surprised at how fast and easy everything was. I didn’t even come in with a big need, but they still took the time to make sure I was taken care of and helped me with things I didn’t even realize I needed.
Overall, it was great service, great conversation, and above-and-beyond care. I was in and out, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Peggy, Tina, and the Heights Finance team in Fort Wayne.

Excellent Customer Service
Peggy was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and gave us the impression that she really loves her job and that spills over into her giving excellent customer service. I was also very impressed with Peggy’s ability to get us the loan quickly and getting us the amount we needed. She did a fantastic job and I would recommend her to anyone.

I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to do business with. Everyone was friendly and more then happy to answer any questions I had. My wife & I were treated just like family, if all of the places I did business with would treat me as well as Heights Finance did, it would be a pleasure to pay my bills every month.
