Absolutely astounding service! I would also like to add that, Mrs. Rita, (I believe was her name) was absolutely a delightful lady to talk to. She really helped my wife and I’s nervousness; especially with such a big step in our future. Being a young couple, Heights Credit definitely walked us through the steps. Thank y’all again!

A lot of loan companies will deny you a loan when you truly need assistance. I found out myself that this was not the case with Covington Finance. I called the office, and the lady that assisted me took the majority of my information over the phone. Within 30 minutes I had the approval I had requested. Thank you all at Covington Finance!

The women in the Cullman,Alabama branch are absolutely fabulous! They are always so nice and helpful.

I have had a loan with the Cullman office for yezrs. Never been dissatisfied with the service I received. Seen a lot of people come and go in that office. But Destiny and Rita are 110% the best customer service people I have ever dealt with anywhere.

Now one may ask about what made my experience with Covington Credit GREAT; and for me, it was truly the magnificent Customer Service, seemingly hand-tailored to my needs.
And that's the way that all clients of Covington Credit in Cullman, AL are always treated. Honestly, I felt as though I was a VIP being catered to because I was so important to them. When I am, in actuality, just an ordinary, everyday kind of guy making my way over & past all of those overwhelming obstacles that come up in Life. And, thanks to the intelligent, experienced, cool under pressure and extremely competent staff of friendly individuals at Covington, no obstacle is insurmountable. What is it about the ladies at Covington Credit in Cullman, AL that makes it so easy to re-new a loan when the soaring prices of "Everything" are hitting new highs and running up the cost of living to points where it's hard to stretch a paycheck far enough to cover the whole month?
It's the fact that those ladies cater to each individual respectively and work hard to provide the very best circumstances to handle any and every situation that arises. Such was the case with my hardships in dealing with surgery after having a fall that broke my leg. I was sincerely beginning to wonder just how was I going to be able to afford to eat for the rest of the month.
Well, I spoke to the ladies on the 24th and before 6AM on the 25th of the month, all of the money that I needed to feed my family for the rest of the month was in my checking account at the bank.
Thank you very much, Ladies, you're truly Life-savers, indeed. Thanks for everything that you all do to help me whenever I need a little bit of help.
