Lou created a beautiful ring from my mum’s ashes .I took the ashes to Lou’s house which was so important for me.

I lost my Dad in May 2026, and we’d been down to Cornwall to scatter most of him near Godrevy Lighthouse. However, I wanted to keep a bit of him close and so I reached out to Lou about an ashes ring.

Throughout the whole process, Lou was kind and gentle. Even when I dropped off my Pops and bawled on her sofa, she was nothing short of amazing.

The ring itself is perfect, and I absolutely adore that I can keep him close to me again.

Lou makes exceptionally high quality pieces, with great care and compassion. She very clearly does this as a labour of love and it shows both in her attitude and in the final results. It was her idea to try and colour match the resin in my ring to my Luna's fur colouring, something I never would've thought of, and she did an absolutely incredible job. So good my wife thought it was her actual fur in the resin!

I honestly can’t recommend Heavens Keepsakes highly enough. I ordered two pieces of ashes jewellery in memory of my mum, and from start to finish the service was absolutely outstanding.

A truly wonderful lady. I can’t recommend enough. Nothing too much trouble. I ordered a ring last yr with my mums ashes and it was beautiful. Unfortunately my fingers have swollen and I was unable to wear it. We accidentally bumped into each other and she noticed I wasn’t wearing my ring. She kindly offered to make a new ring for me in a bigger size. So so amazingly kind. The ring is even more beautiful and fits perfectly. What a lovely gesture. Recommend 100%. Very personal x

I cannot explain how utterly amazing lou and her incredible buissness is. After many losses and a very heartbreaking loss last year I wanted to somehow keep my tiny one with me, but I was terrified to send ashes away in the post, let alone to a huge company, that felt very impersonal and bit of a risk not knowing if they'd receive the ashes safely or weather id be reasured that the ashes of my loved one would definitely end up in my jewellery. I was also really upset to see how out of reach the prices for any jewelery would be for me. When the funeral directors gave me heavens keepsakes information I thought oh my goodness this looks amazing! Then to read it was actually possible for me to hand deliver the ashes and see lou in person, meant the world. She would have also helped with the ashes if I needed. From the moment I made contact with lou she has gone above and beyond to support & help me with creating the ring id want my precious one to be part off. Answering all my questions and ideas promptly, with love snd attention to detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It has meant so much to have her guidance and knowledge and how much she truly cares and takes time to be there fully for you as a person whos lost somone so precious. We lost our beloved house rabbit Marron last year. I wanted to get a piece of jewellery made with her ashes in it. I looked up a lot of places and the price for doing something like this was expensive! I came across the Heavens Keepsakes website owned by Lou Warne and was surprised at the reasonable cost of her jewellery! It took me a while to decide exactly what I wanted but Lou walked me through it all and made useful suggestions. She created different pictures and sent them to me, so it was so much easier to decide. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful necklace, it's stunning and it sparkles in the light. I wanted a ring made with my grandparents ashes after losing them both recently. I found Heavens Keepsakes after remembering a friend on Facebook had had some lovely things made by Lou. I went on the website and the whole process of choosing exactly what I wanted was really easy. So my son will be 10 this year, having his ashes put into a keepsake was something I have always wanted but have found hard to face, after seeing Heavens Keepsakes previous magnificent work i have followed the page and last week was very lucky to of won a beautiful bracelet which i will cherish forever.
