I bought a black pair of mid-calf Hannah4 boots and they were delivered today. Absolutely love them! I've since ordered the same pair in chocolate.
So comfortable. My left foot is wide (awaiting orthopaedic surgery) and my right had previously been operated on. I finally have the width in these boots that i need and no longer need to return a purchase because it hurts! They are also beautiful on 😍

Great boots and fantastic service

Very disappointed with sizing
Very disappointed with these shoes as the sizes are not correct. Have sent an email to the company saying that I ordered my normal size 6, thought they were a bit tight but assumed they would stretch because of the woven style, they did not. Have only worn them indoors but have cut the label off so can’t return them.

Disappointed and annoyed
I ordered my normal size, which was too big in length and width, so ordered a size smaller which was too small in length.
The quality wasn’t to great either.
Then I had to pay £6.50 for each pair as they needed to be sent individually.
Absolute rip off
I had seen another style, but won’t be ordering from you again

Unfortunately since everyone's feet are different, it would be impossible to make them perfect for everyone. Since we cover outbound shipping on all orders, we are unable to cover returns costs also. This does seem like quite a high amount for shipping, usually if you purchase the postage label online with Royal Mail it costs less than £4. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused. Thanks, Olivia
I buy my correct size and a good…
I buy normally buy my correct size 38 and a mostly a true tobsize good fitting. Purchased a ladies trainer and arrived today and my 39 was a 37 . As it stated on HF website it stated small fiitting recomend one size up . I did just that from 38 to 39 . Receceived today and its a size 37 fitting .
So frustrating as i need to send them back and pay for return when in fact these particular trainers are not correctly sized by H F on the website and not aa discribed size even one size up . 39 should not be two sizes down

Free delivery, great price, delivered a day after ordering. Doesn't get much better than that apart from, importantly, good quality, one of the few brands I find comfortable, look great, and Vegan.
