We have used Heat-Plex for the last couple of years for multiple sites. Our experience has been positive. They are quick to respond to our queries and attendance requests, and their quotes are clear and reasonable.

By far and away the best heating engineers that I have ever used. Everything from punctuality to problem solving was really good and I’m extremely happy with the work done and the end product. Could not recommend them more highly.

Very impressed by polite, helpful and swift response from Joe at Heat-Flex. Ilie (AKA Sherlock Holmes!) detected the problem which had evaded 2 others. Would definitely use them again.

I'm a little suspicious of plumbers and boiler experts sometimes – I've been stung a few too many times. But Heat-Flex were refreshingly brilliant: helpful, honest, quick and very good value indeed.

For the first time in my experience, they rounded down the time taken, so I didn't get charged for the engineer to go shopping for parts. And Ilie, the engineer, talked me through everything as he did it so I understood, and made such an effort to leave things looking clean and as they should – such a lovely man.

As a business, it will be my first port-of-call from now on and I almost don't want to recommend it because I want to keep them myself!

Joe and the team were exceptionally responsive to our initial inbound question to booking the job and getting it done. Vas, who is on the team, is a professional but also committed to delivering the job on time. We were also impressed at how tidy they left the house, taking all the rubbish away!
