Very easy to book our boiler service with HeatGlow, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very useful reminders about the date and time of the appointment. Karl arrived a little early to make sure he found the house and was then very efficient and professional throughout. Excellent job, thank you very much!!

I’ve been with HeatGlow since 2019, when they installed my boiler. Karl serviced it on Tuesday and was extremely professional throughout. He explained everything clearly and took his time. Excellent service — highly recommend HeatGlow and Karl.

No hot water or heating,the boilder was showing a code. Tried doing what was told by the manual still not working. Rang Heatglow and got an appoinment next day. Gareth came and resolved it with efficiency, also told me what he was doing and why it did not work with what I was doing. So If anyone wants a very good service I would go with Gareth 100% each time, as he provided you with exceptional assistance

I use this company regularly and they are great.Reliable,helpful and friendly.They are the only boiler firm that I would recommend and we have used many over the years.They also installed a new boiler for my mum recently and their professionalism was a breath of fresh air after a few bad experiences with less scrupulous gas engineers.Keep up the good work!
