Quick and easy at home ecg!
Great service, would recommend. ECG device was delivered promptly - fully charged and ready to go. Simple to use with clear instructions and replacement electrode pads. Pre-paid return envelope included so just posted the device back at the end of the 7 days. Clear report and cardiologist summary received within 5 working days. Cheapest price I could find online, no referral needed - what more can you ask for.

Tremendous service
Tremendous service. I was able to get results in February discuss them with my GP (20th March earliest GP appointment). It was tremendously comforting to get the results and more so when discing the nuances with the GP. I received a letter from the NHS a couple of days ago offering to fit a monitor on 20th April. That would have meant another two to three months of anxiety.

Fantastically helpful and responsive…
Fantastically helpful and responsive communication from everyone I dealt with at HeartTec.
I was told by my GP I needed a 72hr ECG done, but I was due to fly at the end of the following week and there was no way I could get the test done and the report I needed to give to my travel insurance company prior to departure….. which would have invalidated my travel insurance.
I searched online and found HeartTec and contacted them immediately, I received the device the next day by express delivery and followed the clear instructions, I was then able to return the device in person and I received the full report within a day. Total time from being told I needed the test by my GP to getting the results was less than 5 whole days.
I don’t know how else I could possibly have gotten the information I needed any sooner.
Everything was very straightforward and helpful, I’m very appreciative of their proactive support. I’ll have no hesitation in using HeartTec again should I need to have another ambulatory ECG test done in the future.

24hr heart monitor…
Used a 24hr heart monitor for my 16-year-old son, given very detailed results to pass on to the GP. Smooth process from start to finish - would highly recommend this company.

Rapid Reassurance
The time between ordering the device to receiving the Consultant Report was approximately 10 days. Such speedy reassurance is worth the cost. That in itself was reasonable. Genuinely happy with all aspects of the service from HeartTec.

Very helpful to have this faciility but difficult to use

Instructions for use really difficult to follow. I had the hypoallergenic electrode pads but they actually caused a lot of irritation and once removed did not restick. The pads were difficult to place and the connections kept popping of when moving, I didn't manage to get a 72 hour trace

We’re pleased you found the home delivery service convenient. Our instructions are designed to be straightforward and each pack includes a QR code linking to a detailed step-by-step video guide, which most patients find very helpful.
The electrode pads provided were hypoallergenic, but skin reactions can occasionally occur as individual sensitivity varies. If patients experience any difficulty with fitting or adhesion, we always encourage them to contact us so we can help in real time and maximise recording quality.

Experience was fine but
Experience was fine . But it advises pressing middle button when having symptoms this appeared to turn the machine off so had to restart it once I realised ... they then just reported on 2.5 days even though I had put this in the comments . I also replied to the email giving results re this and had no reply
