What I appreciate most about Heartbeat is that it's so much more than a community platform. It's a space where I can bring learning, connection, resources, and meaningful engagement together in one place.

As an educator, facilitator, and community builder, I love being able to create structured learning experiences while still making room for authentic relationships. From building courses and organizing resources to creating onboarding pathways, managing access groups, and facilitating community conversations, Heartbeat has given me the flexibility to build with intention.

One of the things I appreciate most is the responsiveness of the Heartbeat team. Their team has been great about answering questions and helping me navigate the platform as I build.

I also genuinely appreciate the town halls! It's refreshing to see a company not only invite feedback from its community builders but actively listen and allow that feedback to inform what they develop and improve. There's something powerful about knowing that the people using the platform have a voice in its evolution.

There's certainly a learning curve when exploring some of the more advanced features, but the combination of functionality, support, and ongoing innovation makes the experience worthwhile.

Heartbeat has helped me move beyond simply gathering people into a space and toward creating intentional environments where people can learn, connect, and grow. And knowing that the team behind the platform is growing and learning alongside its community builders makes it even better!

Heartbeat a réglé ça. Tout au même endroit : les échanges, le contenu, les événements, la relation avec les membres. Pour moi qui crois depuis toujours à la puissance de la tribu, c’est l’outil qui correspond enfin à cette conviction.

Ce qui m’a bluffé, c’est le rythme. Early adopter de la plateforme, j’ai vu arriver des améliorations quasiment chaque semaine au début. Encore aujourd’hui, les nouvelles fonctionnalités continuent de tomber. Même celles que je n’utilise pas encore, je sais qu’elles sont là, et qu’elles font grandir mon espace.

Animer une communauté, c’est un acte central de mon métier. Heartbeat crédibilise mon activité et, surtout, facilite vraiment la relation avec ma tribu.

I use Heartbeat for my coaching membership area and I could not recommend it more. It is simple to use, intuitive, flexible and easy to put together. Subscription is reasonable and customer service excellent - not that I've needed to use it much because it works so well!

I started using Heartbeat in April 2026 because I wanted a way to chat with my 1:1 clients that was separate from my personal life. Over time, I’ve moved all my courses, coaching programs, and now even my email communications over to the platform. In short, since this summer, my entire business has been running through Heartbeat. I canceled all the other programs and tools I was using. I’m incredibly happy with it—it gives me much more peace of mind. Even when I’m not working, as I can simply turn off the app’s notifications, while the app does the work for me.

Heartbeat continues to grow and develop itself ALL the time. Having been with them from the beginning, I am proud to see not only how far they have come, but also how much they strive to exceed their members' expectations. Even though there is one thing I desperately need Heartbeat to do (install a PayPal integration), it wouldn't be fair for me to give them 4 stars; they have genuinely earned this 5-star review from me, and I am terrible at leaving reviews. (The PayPal integration would create a 5-Gold-Stars review instead of 5-Green-Stars 😉). Please keep up the good work and your expansive, inclusive mindset as you serve and support your members. I use Heartbeat for a small membership community and love the customer service and ease of use. My members, at first, were hesitant to use an app that they were unfamiliar with, but for most it didn't take long to adjust. We're two years in and everyone seems really happy with Heartbeat. We use it for mid-week connection, events scheduling, and asking questions of one another. As host of the community I appreciate the simplicity of a single link to invite new members to join and the UX not feeling too techy for my Gen X crowd.

I tried a few membership platforms prior to getting onto Heartbeat and none of them compared. Heartbeat not only has a robust set of features, it's easy to use and comprehensive for both myself and my members. Beyond the tech, they stand out in Customer Service. This company cares about the user experience and they are constantly asking their members what they need... and they deliver! The monthly town hall calls are a bonus! Swapped over from an absolute mess of an old setup a few months back, and having discussions, cohorts, and live events in the same space makes keeping tabs on our members so much simpler. Getting used to the UI took a minute at first, but running Pulse to help rough out the channels kept us from having to wire everything by hand. Heartie Bot handles the basic user questions decently enough, and whenever we hit a real technical snag, support jumps in fast instead of ghosting the ticket. Solid tool.

Five stars, definitely! Heartbeat offers a remarkably complete system, backed by fast, personal support from a team that clearly cares. Their AI, Pulse, has been a genuine co-creator in my work. Regular updates and major improvements keep arriving, and the communications, trainings, and support are all included. For the price, the value is extraordinary. Highly recommended for anyone building community with the intention of achieving great success!

The team at heartbeat has built something with an attention to detail to what makes an online community successful. They sweat the details. The support staff is attentive and quick to answer. I've been super happy with heartbeat and you should ABSOLUTELY try it out.

Our nonprofit has been using Heartbeat since 2024 after migrating from a much less advanced platform. Overall, we love all the functions and find they work well. One especially important point is the customer service that’s grown and evolved over the years. It’s so easy to get a question answered from Heartie Bot, but if the bot can’t answer, it sends us directly to a real human who is REALLY helpful! Thanks, Heartbeat!

Purchased HeartBeat life plan Tier 2 membership access via AppSumo in 2022, they deleted my access to the dashboard and have not replied my email inquiries. They broke their promises.
Please refund if you do not keep your business promises.

Heartbeat is easy to use, great to build in with both AI support and manually. Their customer support is also highly responsive and always respond quickly. We are able to create the look we want easily.

We've been running Heartbeat for about 2 years now after moving away from Facebook groups, and couldn't be happier. I really appreciate all the community events and trainings that Heartbeat continues to put on - you can tell that this is a passionate company that has built a passionate community, which is the real proof that there's something special here.

We have been using Heartbeat as a communication platform for our learning community. It has been a fantastic space for parents to connect, learn about opportunities, join events and DM each other. The different groups have worked well and enabled experiences in the workshops to be shared. We are planning to expand this summer and create a membership model too which we are excited about doing.

Amazing community platform! It's beautiful and easy to navigate. It has so many options for a personalized experience for every member and Pulse, the AI assistant, can do all of that for you. Would highly recommend!

Easy to navigate.

We recently moved from Skool to Heartbeat after much research on our use case and we have really really benefitted. First, teh team behind it is awesome and second, the platform is absolutely beautiful and well thought of. For us, events and cohorts was key to get high ticket clients and Heartbeat not only has those features but excels as compares to others. We should have made this move years ago.
