I canceled my subscription twice
I canceled my subscription twice - once a few days after receiving my first bottle (because these are too big and gross to get down), and again after noticing continued activity. Despite that, another order was still processed and shipped. That’s a serious issue with their subscription system.
When I reached out, I was told I could “refuse delivery” which is not realistic. Delivery drivers don’t wait around for you to refuse packages, and this shifts the burden onto the customer for a mistake that wasn’t theirs.
There was also confusion on their end about whether my subscription was even canceled, which adds to the concern that their system isn’t working properly.
I expected a prepaid return pickup arranged without hassle and/or a prompt refund
Instead, I got a back-and-forth arguing.
If you’re considering subscribing, be cautious, especially if you plan to cancel. The process doesn’t appear reliable.
