I saw Eva Opitz, she was excellent, she explained everything and what she was doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend her and the company to anyone. Again was excellent experience.

It was my first time to Hearology (London Bridge) today and I wish I’d gone to them months ago! I went for an ear cleaning, hearing test and ear impressions which took an hour altogether. I have nothing but praise for the team, their service was excellent.

The ear cleaning was quick and efficient (the whole process took less than 15 minutes) and it was completely painless, unlike some experiences I’ve had at pharmacies!

Following that, I had a hearing test and then the impressions were made. Every step was clearly explained and the utmost care was taken to make sure I understood what was happening.

I can’t thank the team enough and will be visiting again as the need arises!

I have been having my ears syringed for the past 30 years at my local GP I tried hearology 2 years ago and have been going ever since at hearology the wax Is sucked out rather than a syringe it’s a lot better for your eardrum I’ve heard boots & specsavers do ear cleaning but I think they should just stick to glasses at hearology it’s just for ears very friendly staff & very professional would recommend to anyone who has problems with their ears like me

Amazing place! Checked out many places before choosing this one. They looked after my dad who is in his 70’s, asked all the right questions and reassured and made him feel at ease. He was having problems hearing properly in one ear and had been feeling dizzy, headaches, tinnitus and feeling down. The guy removed the ear wax with care using a proper microscope and Dad could feel the difference straight away! The tinnitus in his ear improved he said by 70-80% in his own words, & hearing back to normal. The guy offered Dad a free follow-up appointment in 2 weeks time and a free hearing test another time. Glad I decided to take him privately rather than trusting the GP surgery’s Health Care Assistant to do it. Worth the money. Thank you for your care and attention Hearology!

I regularly have to have my ears cleaned and have been to many different micro-suction places. I am delighted to have found Hearology as it is the most professional and comfortable experience I have had. They use proper ENT equipment rather than portable boxes and it feels comfortable, quiet and most importantly safe.
