If I could give more stars - I would. The most amazing doctors and receptionists and really good professional service. I tried Specsavers audiologists too initially as it was closer to where I live, but they couldn't help me and told me to use olive oil drops for my ears. The drops weren't working so I decided I need to go see a specialist at Hearology who couldn't fully help during the first appointment BECAUSE the olive oil actually was not helpful at all and so they booked me for a free follow up after which I can finally hear. I feel beyond grateful for such kind and caring approach. Highly recommend!
