At first things seemed fine BUT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I received the aids quickly & tried them straight away. Apart from the price the offer of a 45 day FREE trial was a draw. When I had an issue they were very quick to respond - within 24 hours. As it turns out I find the aids uncomfortable & they hurt my ears when in for more tha 30mins, so I want to return them. How strange that now I want my money back the promise of a reply with 24/48 hours seems to elude them. I emailed within my FREE 45 days - last week & I’ve heard NOTHING. You cannot ring them only email. This company is a SCAM - do NOT buy from them. Am I going to get my money back - that remains to be seen as it doesn’t appear to be a UK company therefore the Consumer Protection Act probably doesn’t apply.
Apparently this company (& it’s previous name sake HearWell) have been the subject of a Watchdog investigation & did not fare well, so AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Disgusting company if things don't go their way.
To be clear I am leaving this review on behalf of my elderly mother. I cannot comment on the "aids" themselves and from what I read they have good success for most. My issue with this company is the money back guarantee. Be very careful, they will not give you your money back. The whole process has left my vulnerable and elderly mother traumatized. They have tried to wear her down by constantly emailing the same questions over a period of two weeks. They also have drawn incorrect conclusions such as "she didn't have the aids fitted correctly. Yes she did and how did they assess this with no way of knowing how they fitted in my mother's ears. They have offered her £45 of £149 paid. I took over emailing for my mother and have emailed several times and have not once responded to my emails and my Mother gave direct consent to contact me and they chose to ignore this. There is also no phone number to speak with anyone. I wonder why. My experience with this company is nothing short of disgusting. They deliberately made this whole experience impossible for my Mother, drove her to tears and caused a great deal of stress. Again I find it disgusting that they have treated her like this the very people who are their main customer base. I would strongly recommend you avoid this company. To me it's appearing like a scam. If you need aids go see your G.P. and get proper hearing aids that will actually deliver the performance you need. I am now discussing this case with trading standards and the email threads, to show how complicated they make the whole sorry process, will be posted over social media. Another point I would like to make is that if you want to buy aids such as this there are aids with the exact same specifications for less than half the price over the net. It might be worth trying those if your unsure what your requirements are. In conclusion I have never had to deal with a company like this before. I have told my mum to avoid companies that advertise in Facebook and who have a very basic yet confusing website with no phone number to contact them. Avoid
