Great service
This is the second time I've seen Koorosh for micro-suction. He was very efficient with it and also - importantly for me - gentle. It was over very quickly and not as uncomfortable as it has been previously with other services. Plus we had time for a wonderful chat! I will definitely be going back to Koorosh next time.

Excellent Service
This is the third time we have used Koorosh and his excellent service is still unwavering. Considerate and stress free, there was an immediate improvement to our Mother's hearing and hence an immediate improvement to her quality of life. I saw Koorosh Nejad, who resolved my ear issue swiftly and was very helpful! I had only booked in for one ear, but he was very flexible and able to accommodate treatment for the 2nd too. I also appreciated the follow-up after my appointment (which you wouldn't typically get with large companies). I would highly recommend Hearing Now.

I had a hearing test and purchase hearing aids through HearingNow. I found the whole procedure, from start to finish, truly amazing.
Koorosh was professional, informative and friendly. He explained how hearing aids function and how they can enhance my day to day life. He deals with queries in depth and in a way that is easy to understand.
I would like to add that the cost was well below the general high street audiologist.
I can highly recommend this company and thank you, Koorosh, for making the whole experience enjoyable.
