Love this service! Very calming
Our Coco had a great experience with Barbara for her first dental cleaning in 13 years. She is an anxious dog and went through the process so well. Her teeth look nice and healthy now and her breath smells much better. Very happy with this service.

Kayla was great! Our Leo had his first ever cleaning and was clearly scared but Kayla seemed to keep him calm and comfortable during the process. The before and after photos are great. I highly recommend Kayla and Healthy Smiles Pet Dental!

Fantastic experience!
I’ve used Healthy Smiles Pet Dental four times for my not-very-well-behaved cat and each time he has acted like an angel because the two techs that have worked on him - Kayla & Termaine - have made him feel safe. They are gentle and kind and I can tell that they genuinely love animals. They do fantastic work - so much so that my cat’s vet says his teeth look great. I will continue to use Healthy Smiles Pet Dental and highly recommend them. My mom uses them for her small dog and is just as impressed with their work and demeanor as I am. Very happy!

My 2 dogs did great
My 2 dogs did great. This was there first time. My Cavapoo actually fell asleep and was snoring. I would highly recommend this co. Much better and more affordable than putting them to sleep. I had Cayla come to my house. She was awesome. I look forward to the next visit!

They even checked in to make sure she was okay after the visit.

Kayla was wonderful
Kayla was wonderful! Sweet and caring and really did a great job cleaning Rosie’s teeth! Process was quick (approx an hour, which she let me know when I dropped her off) and she let me know when I should head back to get Rosie. Would highly recommend Healthy Smiles and Kayla!!! 🤗 Thanks again!

Vanessa did an awesome job with my dog! This was my first time, and I did not know what to expect. What a great experience it was for both me and my dog. She game the dogs trust quickly and after that the whole process was not that big a deal for my often nervous pet. She did a thorough job, and my dogs breath has never smelled that good since she was a puppy. I highly recommend this company and Vanessa!

Trouble getting in touch with your office
At no time in the process of making an appointment was I able to call your office and actually talk to someone. I ended up making an appointment online. You texted me that you required a $50 deposit. So I had to call your office and had to leave a request for a call back. This doesn't install trust in your professionalism.
When trying to find your office on the day of my dogs appointment I called multiple times and couldn't get an answer. I couldn't find your office. But you were happy to send me a text that said you were going to charge me if I was 15 min late. Poor customer service in my opinion.
The dental service ended up being the same price as my vet, so I'll just go there next time.

Regarding the deposit requirement, we apologize for any confusion. While this information is noted on our website, it may not have been as clear as it should be, and we are taking steps to ensure it is more prominent and straightforward for future bookings. Additionally, we do not impose any charges if a pet arrives late for the appointment; however, we do have a 15-minute late policy in place that helps us ensure we provide the proper evaluation and an excellent dental cleaning afterward.
As for locating our office, we know how frustrating it can be when directions are unclear. We’ll be reviewing our communication to make it easier for clients to find us.
We’re thrilled to hear you were happy with the dental cleaning provided to our fur friend Reyna and while we’re disappointed that your overall experience didn’t meet your expectations, your feedback helps us grow and improve. Jasmine provided amazing care and comfort for our pup Tootsie! She accommodated Tootsie with an affectionate introduction and was also mindful to conduct the cleaning in an area where Tootsie spent a lot of time, so as to reduce any possible anxiety. The entire process went so smoothly! Following the cleaning, Jasmine went over my pup’s dental health and how to best care for her teeth moving forward. Jasmine was very thorough and thoughtful, I would most definitely request her again!
