Love this product!

I love my mat! On it every day. When everyone around is getting colds, I am not. I have energy galore and feel wonderful. Sleeping like a rock too! My plan is to use this as my doctor. Not a fan of drugs and medical interventions. So keeping healthy with alkalizing diet and my InfraMat Pro over 60 is my goal. Thanks HealthyLine!

With the exception of the plastic light covers that poke in the back. It is great, we use it everyday. Even the children.

Really pleased with this trapeze now that I have finally got it secured to my ceiling........... very well made and secure . Excellent purchase!

I am skeptical of many natural health product claims. As a critical care nurse and soldier, you learn to be fairly pragmatic about most things. I literally have come to love and likely can’t live without my mat now. Having suffered torn muscles, fractured vertebrae and herniated disks in my lumbar and insomnia thanks to aspects of my professions, I rely on my mat to reduce chronic pain and help with sleep on a daily and nightly basis. My first mat suffered some sort of failure and during the ten days waiting for the replacement, I definitely noticed a significant increase in pain and sleep. Customer / warranty service was excellent and without hassle. This company stands by their products. I am considering the full length mat in near future.

The rating scale from my point of view should be 10 stars. Ten stars would reference quality of life-sustaining attributes. Bottom line, I have two pads, one 18"x18" and the other 24"x72". They are in my bed and I use both of them every night. You see I am 76 years old and have had my left hip replaced twice, have been told that I have smoldering multiple myeloma, and have been a runner and hard worker the whole of my life. This infrared product helps me relax, loosens my tight joints, and is healing my back, SI joints, shoulders, and esophagus.
Seriously my life would not be the same without these therapeutic pads.
I taught at the university level for 26 years and found myself being employed as a market research for 14 years. I believe I know of the operational definition of customer service and satisfaction. The sensitive nature of the service provided by the Healthy Line people (last 8+ years- and specifically as provided by Michael and Jared) - has been off the charts (providing information about and upgrading to different mats, providing research results, conversations comparing competitors products, expediting shipping, fair pricing, etc).
I believe that if I was demanded to start giving things up, I would give up my tooth brushes before my infrared mats :)

The mat came promptly and was as described. It worked well and we enjoyed it immensely. We did have an issue with the controller, but the situation was resolved quickly.

Mat helps with arthritis pain and also with detoxing organs. Gives restful sleep if set on about 40C overnight or for 3-6 hrs. I have purchased 2 sizes and love them both. Easy to operate.

Unit seems to be of very good quality and does a lot of functions for the price. Not sure if the PEMF coils are very powerful, however and there doesn't appear to be any adjustment for wavelength or intensity. Haven't used the red diodes yet, since none of us has any skin problems at present. Company rep. was always available to answer questions and sent our mat to us in a very timely manner and at a great price.

Great customer service. After addressing a heating issue with a new controller HealthyLine honored the warranty and replaced the mat I purchased. I am extremely happy with the product and I recommend it to others

the mat worked very well, I woke up with more energy but it broke after
2 months( not heat up), and I expect replacement I hope they will answer me someday and send it to me soon...

I really love the healthy line product. I purchased an item off Ebay. I paid 500.00 for it. It was listed as open box. The therapeutic benefits are there and while it worked it was amazing in helping me sleep and easying aches and pains. HOWEVER, when it stopped working less than a year later, I GOT NO support from healthy line. I was not able to send it back for a repair, the best they would offer was a "slight" credit towards a new mat. I find this very disheartening, I will not recommend nor will I purchase again. I now have a 500 paper weight.

I absolutely love the Rainbow Mat with PEMF that I ordered. It does exactly what it says and my clients love it too. Everyone sees and feels the difference after using the mat. It’s really amazing and I’d love to purchase other products in the future or another Rainbow Mat but bigger next time. I highly recommend this product to anyone seeking to improve their pain management status and health.
