I WAITED 9 WEEKS FOR MY SCAN APPOINTMENT, I AM HOUSEBOUND AND HAVE HEART AND BREATHING DISORDERS, NOW SUSPECTED KIDNEY FAILURE, THE DAY OF SCAN I WAS SENT A TEX TO CANCEL 3 HOURS PRIOR, I CALLED AND MADE ANOTHER BOOKING 3 WEEKS LATER, BUT WAS TOLD BY MY DAUGHTER, MY ONLY TRANSPORT, SHE WAS IN USA THAT WEEK, SI THE NEXT DAY I RANG AND EXPLAINED, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE, CONDESENDING,OFFHAND ECT. BUT WHAT SHE DID NEXT WAS TOLD ME IVE MESSED WITH APPOINTMENTS AND THEY CANT SEE ME FOR A SCAN,IT WAS THERE CANCELLATION THE DAY BEFORE. DUE TO A UNQUALIFIED , WOMAN, WHO TOOK A DISLIKE TO ME AS SOON AS I SPOKE, HAS TAKEN IT UPON HERSELF TO MAKE ME WAIT EVEN LONGER TO DIANOSE MY KIDNEY PROBLEMAS FOR THE SCAN, I HAVE NOT JUST GOT TO WAIT MONTHS FOR A NEW APPOINTMENT, NOW IM UNSURE IF I CAN HAVE THE SCAN AT ALL,ALL OTHER PHONE CALLS, THEVE BEEN HELPFULL,

Great communication prior to appointment. When I arrived and was called for my ultrasound appointment, was made to feel very comfortable and was talked through the scan as the person was doing it
The staff on duty ( Sylvester and Nwayieze) were both amazing.

absolute inadequate service. Referral never went through and they never contacted me about additional information required to make the referral happen. I am now left without adequate healthcare

I have anxiety and manage this as best I can and was anxious before my mri appointment, the man on reception was welcoming, I was looked after throughout my scan by Tapiwa and Lynne , put me at ease , guided me and explained everything and made me laugh , I answered 'yes' when asked if remembered/liked Muppet Show , so giggled about the characters with Tapiwa which relaxed me before entered scan machine , checked on me while scan progressing, Lynne explained what happened next and was a warm welcoming lady throughout

I saw Sonographer Denia and her assistant Cerys on 3rd june 2025, very welcoming, very prompt, very clean environment, very gentle and respectful. The venue was broad street health center

I had a very upsetting experience when trying to rebook my appointment. While the in-clinic staff were kind and helpful hence the 2 stars, the phone operator was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, interrupted constantly, and even shouted at me. I was simply trying to reschedule for a female sonographer, which I was not informed about in advance. Regardless of any misunderstanding, no patient should be treated this way—especially in a healthcare setting. Very disappointing experience.

I had my scan yesterday 2/6/25 with Nwayieze and Kelvin. Great service, walked straight in to be greeted by the sonographer, no waiting needed. Asked if I was happy for Kelvin to do the exam (no problems here). Polite and chilled conversation to put me at ease. Scan was painless and easy. Well done guys!

Just haa growth, form of skin cancer removed from one of my ears. From start to finish the care and attention was faultless. Yes it cost me but sadly I have lost faith in our NHS. This is how health care should be for all.

Today I saw Kelvin and Nwayieze at the Hainault Clinic.
They were so polite and welcoming, making conversation and making me feel at ease.
It was a lovely experience to have my scan with these 2.

I went for an ultrasound on 20th March 2025 (morning appointment). The person who did the ultrasound rushed the whole process with lack of communication and feedback. There was a failure to carry out the full examination that was requested. As a result, the subsequent report lacked the information required.

The worst service I have seen, customer service is very poor ignoring the calls, long waiting the end no matter solution!!!
Put you through from one to another… the only thing I can say very useless.

It’s a money making business so call private clinic
Have some junior DR who does not anything about the pain
They don’t examine you
I went for pain management the doctor described me over counter pain medicine
I have stage 3 cancer and the pain unbearable, I asked him to use his mobile to find a medication needed for case like main recommend by NHS and macmillan but he only insisted that paracetamol would help.
He referred me back to my GP
I told him I have a lot various over counter pain killers and they don’t ease my pain
He didn’t even bother to examine me
It’s absolutely milking NHS and establishment must be closed
Do not ever bother with this nonsense so called private clinic

Absolutely awful would never use again. The after scan administration services terrified me and caused me so much stress and anxiety. Official complaint gone in it was a nightmare!!!
