My order was delayed 2 weeks past the 4-5 days shipping promise. When I tried to return it, they strung it out even further with promising emails that the lable would be sent and many delays to send the return label only to finally inform me they would not process the return because the item was discontinued.

They seem to be a GREEDY MIDDLEMAN. They stock nothing, I canceled order after no movement for a week. A month later still no refund. Called and got someone who said 3-5 days. What BS.
I will never deal with them again.

I ordered a hand-brace on June 18, 2025, it stated that I would receive the product in 5-7 business days; I have not received it. It is June 30, 2025.
I called and a recorded message said no agents were available to take the call.

Absolutely Disgusting. This Company Failed My Family When We Needed Them Most.

If I could give zero stars, I would. "Health Products For You" should be ashamed to call themselves a health supplier. My mother ordered a portable asthma machine for my grandfather—something he desperately needed. We were told it would be shipped promptly. Instead, we were left in the dark for over a week with no updates, no tracking, no compassion.

It got so bad that my mother’s boss had to step in and call the company himself. Only after that phone call—over a week later—did they finally bother to ship the device. It arrived two days too late. My grandfather died gasping for air, scared and suffering, still asking where the machine was. He never got the help we tried to get for him because of their laziness, their dishonesty, and their complete lack of humanity.

This isn’t just bad customer service. This is failure at the cost of human life. We trusted this company. We thought we were buying from people who understood urgency and care. Instead, we were met with silence and delay. I will never forget how this company contributed to the pain my grandfather endured in his final days.

Avoid this place at all costs. Do not trust them with your loved ones’ health. They are not just unreliable—they are inhumane.

I would give them a zero as well. Don’t waste your time! My order has never arrived. They have not responded to any emails, What’s Up texts, voice mail messages… The message always says no one is available to answer the call. It must be a scam or just horrible company.

Can I give it a ZERO rating?
This is the WORST online buying experience I have ever had. The company seems totally dishonest, promising me a refund THREE times over the space of 3 months for an item that I returned. One email, sent 2 weeks after UPS showed their receipt of the item, told me to just destroy the item! NEVER BUY FROM HPFY!!!

Placed an order for lab coats needed for work on 2/14, never received them or notification that it shipped. Called 2/27, was told item was backordered (even though they had not notified me of this nor did their website note item was backordered) and should expect item the following week. Called again 3/6 and was told item was expected to ship on 3/14. Still nothing as of 3/18, called back, am now being told item was discontinued and no notification of this via email or still on their website. Meanwhile, it's for sale and avail on other websites. They continued to tell me they are "initiating the cancellation process" which takes 1-3 days, then another 3-5 days for refund. Absolutely horrendous. Will be reporting to my credit card company if no refund by next week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

I ordered a medical supply that I needed - and eight days later when I called to check on delivery, I was told it was on backorder and had not yet shipped. The promised delivery date had already passed. I never received any information from them!

I cancelled the order. On the positive side, the refund was made in a timely manner.

I placed an order on 02 14 25. Still waiting for notice that item shipped. Called on 02 21. Was told they have the order but dont know when it will ship. They ARE WORKING HARD TO MEET MY NEEDS. It might ship in 3 to 5 days. They are not sure. So it might ship two weeks after purchase. They arent sure I think they took my money and ill never see my order.

Masks for a nebulizer. 15 dollars with shipping. I think this is a dishonest company. I am so sorry i didnt read the reviews ans wasted my money.

I told the human i spoke to that i was going to complain and he was not concerned. If they take these small orders and dont deliver...its fraud and theft.

Impossible to return an item. Tried for 3 weeks. BBB solved the issue in a single day - STAY AWAY - FAR AWAY....

Received my order and needed to return it. I've called twice and been told I'd receive an email with return label and return authorization within 2-3 business days. Two weeks has gone by. I tried calling customer service again, says they aren't available. Tried the vendor contact number listed on the credit card transaction and it disconnects immediately. Do not purchase from this company!
I am, however, receiving at least one email a day encouraging me to buy more. :-(

I placed an order on Nov 29, 2024. Today it Jan. 16, 2025 and I have never received the order. I’ve called several times and the rep always says that it’s on back order. No apology for the lateness is ever given. The last conversation I was told I would receive the order by Jan.20. It hasn’t shipped yet, so I know I won’t receive it. No one answers the phone now. There is no button to either email or chat chat with the company. Once again, I’ve been had by placing an online order for a product that I really needed for my ninety year old father.

I am only giving one star while my first order years ago went fine my current order has not. I placed an order December 19 and shipping was stated as 5-7 days however, it is now Jan 14th and not only have I not received my order but I have not received any shipping notice or emails stating when it would be delivered. All emails have been initiated by me requesting updates and their responses have been slow, generic and without shipping updates. Last week I requested to cancel the order and ended up having to dispute the charges due to their lack of response. Surprise! they have agreed to refund me, now! I will not order from them again due to what I feel is very poor customer service.

They have a good selection in many categories. Shipping time is very good.My rub is in the pricing. I got dermabond for 1/3 the price elsewhere $73 compared to $23. I'm a pepper and every dollar has to go as far as possible. They have the selection, I just can't afford the prices.

I ordered a thumb splint. It never was sent. I was able to contact and agent one time who said it was delayed. I tried 3 more times to receive help from an agent and was unsuccessful. Hope others have had better luck. I will not order from them again.

If you order anything from HPFY, you better make damn sure you won’t have to return it. If you do, you will have to pay the shipping costs, even though you paid to get the order shipped to you. If the price was “Discounted”, they will deduct the discount from your refund. And then, they will charge you a 20% restocking fee. And after all that, it will take 5 - 6 weeks to get what’s left of your refund.
I will never order anything from them again.

Wish I had read reviews first.... never received items ordered, no response from customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company sent me an order that was SUPPOSED to be for $39.99, and charged me a shade over $300. I was sent a text by my banking asking me if I purchased the said amount, and I said"NO!" STILL, I was charged and the product (diet gummies) DIDN'T WORK!! TOTAL THIEVERY, backed by ALL the Shark Tank stars!!

While the HPFY customer service folks are super polite, they were unable to give me accurate info on when or if my order would ship. I said I wanted to cancel, and went to another company to get what I needed. Despite their promise that you get a shipping confirmation, I never did - and then the HPFY order showed up the same day as my other order. I said I had canceled, and was told the order had already shipped. Long story with bad ending - yes, they’ll take the return, but will charge a restocking fee, as I canceled after shipment, their entire chat stream notwithstanding. Needless to say, I would never order from HPFY again.

Update: Still no refund.
