Well-being to work - Charlotte

Had a great well-being session that helped me realize what I need to do to accomplish my goals, as well as improve my mindset

I was on the wellbeing into work course with Charlotte.
It was a very informative course, and I learned a lot from it.

My health coach James was such an amazing person to talk to, I felt comfortable and supportive with all my sessions. I have finished my sessions with great confidence and well empowered.He is excellent. Thank you

My health coach was Holly. And I can honestly say she is amazing, kind caring, Holly listened to me and helped me understand what I was actually saying. She helped me approach situations I find very hard. Thank you so much ❤

Verity was so lovely and helped me so much in the time we spent together. She’s very friendly and non-judgmental. I would definitely recommend the AKG health program to anyone who is struggling right now.

Verity was a great help to chat to and was easy to talk with. She had some helpful words that made things a little more understandable.

This is a review for Georgia i can not rate her high enough she is absolutely lovely and so helpful & informative about all kinds of things and is so easy to talk to i felt completely at ease with her she definitely gets a five star review from me if I could rate it higher i would.

AKG is doing a great job. Mr. Stuart is such a kind gentlemen, who listened all my worries and fears and helped me in every possible ways to get me on to the right supports I need. And my work coach Aisha Safeer is also doing an incredible job listening to my concerns and understanding my situation. She referred me to my health coach and gave me a big hope. She’s such a beautiful soul, very kind and caring. Thanks to both of them.

The session was an overall amazing experience that was both insightful but also comforting helping me make some connections to issues and possible ways to move forward from them in a compassionate and positive way :)

I found my experience to be very helpful during my experience i learned a lot and gained access to some great resources that I didn't know was there. My health coach was amazing and let me vent.

James was an amazing help with setting me up with a solid plan to get myself back on my feet, he was very friendly and answered any questions I had, would recommend him to anyone.

I have been made to feel comfortable and supported. Being autistic can make anything health/work related daunting and confronting. But I’ve been met with understanding and genuinely feel supported and it has never felt disingenuous.
