I placed two different orders with this company, both Neem capsules. It’s now been 2 weeks and there is no sign of the whereabouts of my orders, no updates.

I contacted Daniel over email about this multiple times, at first he did not reply, when he eventually did, he claimed that one of my orders must have gotten lost in the post due to me not adding the house number to the address. I reminded him that I had emailed immediately after placing the order and realising I forgot to add the house number, and he had messaged me back saying that this had been corrected and everything was fine.
He also had no explanation for where my other order was, one that had a perfect and complete address from the beginning.

It’s been 2 WEEKS of emailing, asking for an update on where on earth my items are, and then eventually just asking for a refund on both of my orders, and I am absolutely fed up, he simply does not respond for days on end.

I have stated clearly, that it is simply unacceptable to take peoples money, and have no idea where their order is. The order update page on the website has said ‘packing your order for shipment’ for the last 2 weeks on both orders, meaning it has not even left the premises yet?

I am seeing some comments on here, saying that Royal Mail lost their package. After dealing with this company, and the antics of the last two weeks, I suspect that is not the case, and that is just an excuse used by this company to cover their own incompetence. I’m going to be making a complaint with the government insolvency department or trading standards. Because it’s just not okay to ignore emails requesting a refund, and to scam people out of their money this way.

Please do not place an order here, I have lost £23 to this company, you could end up losing more. It is not worth the headache.
