I recently had the pleasure of receiving dental implant treatment at HTC and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final placement of my crown, the professionalism and care provided by the team were exceptional.
The process started with a thorough consultation where Profesor Mujed Sevimay and their team conducted a comprehensive dental examination, including X-rays and 3D imaging. They took the time to explain the entire procedure, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience and clarity. This personalized approach made me feel confident and well-informed about the treatment plan.
The surgical placement of the implant was seamless. Dr. Asli Ataseven demonstrated exceptional skill and precision, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic's state-of-the-art technology and adherence to strict hygiene standards were evident, making me feel safe and in good hands.
The healing period was well-managed, with regular follow-up appointments to monitor the progress of osseointegration. The staff was always available to answer any questions I had during this time, providing valuable tips on how to care for the implant site to ensure optimal healing.
Once the implant had fully integrated with my jawbone, the placement of the abutment and custom-made crown was handled with the same level of expertise and care. The crown was perfectly matched to my natural teeth in both color and shape, providing a seamless and aesthetically pleasing result

The care I received was excellent to them money was secondary, they took real good care of me throughout to the treatment,
Burak, Mustafa and the team really looked after for me so well.
They were always available and nothing was a problem.
The level of care was way above and beyond all my expectations.
I met loads of people from other treatment centres and they weren't getting the level of care I received, and they had many may unplanned costs which l didn't get although they had to do more work than expected.
HCT pride themselves on the level of care which by far surpasses others, it's not about how many people you can push out of the door, it was all about making sure your happy, and that to me means so much.

If I could give less than zero stars I would.
They do not have a dental surgeon or prosthetic doctor that actually works there. They bring in contract doctors that moonlight there. The place is behind a locked door and no one actually works there until they get a victim (patient).
The people you will talk to have zero medical experience.
They constantly give contradictory advice. Good luck trying to get post-op instructions in writing.
Now to my story…
I sent them the list of medications I was taking prior to surgery. They didn’t even ask, but I sent it to them and asked if any would be an issue. They didn’t even respond to my first request. The second time they said they checked with “their” doctor and nothing should be an issue. Well, I was on a blood thinner and it was a problem!
After the surgery where I was given anesthesia, they dropped me off at my hotel. I have no recollection of even going to the hotel. I woke up in the middle of the night choking on my own blood. They were unavailable on WhatsApp (only way we even communicated). I had to be rushed to the hospital - not a great experience in Turkey. I was put on antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, etc. My face was swelling so bad that my lips split. My entire face was bruised. It kept getting worse and they kept giving me bad advice. I had to be admitted to the hospital a second time and spend the night there. Then I was rushed out of the hospital and moved to another hotel. They said it was to be closer to their “clinic”. I’m confident that it was to keep me away from the other dental patients since I looked like a freak. They had the dental technician sleep in a cot next to me in the hospital… it was now time to watch me and find some other excuse for their mistakes. They tried saying I was diabetic. Spoiler alert - I’m not diabetic.
I had to change my travel plans and stay an extra week so the same dental technician could administer antibiotic injections in the buttocks for the next five days. I highly doubt he’s qualified to give antibiotic injections or any other injections.
Oh, they also over charged me $900 and won’t refund those funds because they had to pay the hospital bill for the damage THEY did to me!
Trust me… stay FAR away from these butchers.

Had my teeth done now 8 months ago had a fantastic experience Burak and his team could have not been anymore helpful and they still check in with me now.

This may be a long review but it will provide relevant information for anyone seriously considering implant treatment with HCT.
I contacted HCT in late march after suffering several years of dental problems and struggling with NHS dentistry in the UK, both with cost and actually getting appointments.
Within 2 weeks of having sent photos and xrays to HCT I had a consultation online and had booked a flight for treatment.
On arrival in Antayla I was met at the airport and driven to a 5 star all inclusive hotel and was told when my treatment would begin. (HCT provide a chauffeur car for travel to all appointments and even offered to take me on any sightseeing if I wanted!)
It turned out I had an infection and this was treated with antibiotics before my treatment could begin.
I was given a further panoramic x-Ray using equipment far superior to any I had seen in the UK and this revealed substantial bone loss in both upper and lower jaws. My treatment plan was ammended to include a bone graft in order for the implants to be successful.
Over the next week I had had 22 teeth removed 2 bone grafts and 8 implant posts fitted (all on 4 procedure for top and bottom Jaws)
The dental surgeon informed me that my treatment was quite extensive but I can say the only pain experienced during this time was from keeping my mouth open for extended periods whilst the operation done under local injections was carried out.
I will say that my treatment did lead to some extensive bruising to my face which developed over the next few days. Painkillers are provided if needed but I barely noticed it the following day.
Contact with HCT is via WhatsApp (telephone available but some language issues) and when back at the hotel after treatment I had further questions, about 20!
I sent these in the evening and the following morning Barak and Mustapha were at my hotel to answer everything very comprehensively. I would say the best piece of advice I received was you have to keep the end in mind. My treatment (full mouth implants) is not for the faint hearted and there are times when you wonder if it's all worth it.
You have to be fitted for prosthetic (false) teeth which you will need for three months while the implant posts are fusing to your bone and this is included in the price. (I found this to be the most difficult time and the most self conscious)
However the time passes quickly and I returned in late july for 10 days to complete my treatment. Again met at the airport and 5 star all inclusive hotel. (brought my wife with me this time so we could double the visit as a holiday)
Straight to the clinic to review the healing, more pano x rays and comprehensive exam and started the last part of my treatment immediately.
6 visits over the 10 days I was there ranging from 2hrs to 15 mins for abutment fitting, gum impressions choosing the colour of your implants, implant fittings, fine tuning, further exams, checks on occlusion/bite comfort, etc very thorough job from the orthodontic professor.
Anyway as I said keep the end in mind and it's only at the end of the second visit when they finally pass you the mirror and you realise it most definitely is worth it!
I am so happy with the end result. My teeth look perfect and so natural! I have had so many compliments in the last couple of weeks I wish I had done it years earlier.
Finally one has to give credit to the hospitality team from HCT. My driver (Vicki (anglicised name!), Mustapha, always on hand and ready to help, Nazir helped a lot with translation and in the clinic, and Barak who takes the time to put you at ease.
The cost and treatment compared to the UK makes this an easy decision.
I have already recommended HCT to a friend who is considering a couple of teeth implants.

It finally got to the stage where i hated looking in the mirror, even talking to people usually included my hand casually planted to cover my mouth.
After much research i contacted Health Centers Turkey who gave me an unbelievable price to anything i could find in the UK.
I travelled alone and was picked up from the airport and taken to an all inclusive hotel for 5 nights which was included in the package.
The next day i spent about 3 hours in the chair having all my remaining teeth removed and 12 implants fitted, i wont pretend that its a pleasant experience but you have to focus on the long term, and to be honest its actually not that painful.
After a couple more visits to the chair i was ready to go home.
3 months later i was back to get my permanent teeth fitted, its then that you realise that a couple of hours of unpleasantness was absolutely worth it.
My confidence has now shot up regarding talking to people although i still hide my face sometimes because i forget lol.
Many thanks to Burak, Ahmet, my driver lady, and anyone else who helped to make a new me.
If you are in a similar position then don`t hesitate, just get it done, you wont be sorry

I had my reservations before booking as most people do, but i can honestly say i was so happy with everything from the start to finish. The communication with nazir and burak was good via wattsapp, and the price was good. I had composite bonding done but still this was my first time doing anything abroad. He answered all my questions before i went to istanbul so i felt reassured. Dr. M Vahit and his assistant were very honest, helpful, friendly, and extremely professional.Everyone makes you feel at home and comfortable!
The clinic is very clean and Dr Vahit is thorough about explaining the process. I was really blessed to have him as my dentist,every thing was great from start to finish. They listen to you and work accordingly.He told me about treatment process, I didnt even have an injection but it was totally pain free. Really pleased with the results. I love my smile now. After researching many companies in Turkey I chose HCT because of the great communication I received from the team

Everything was explained clearly about the process and which brands of implants would be used

I received 6 on top & 6 on bottom which I will say is quite intensive work to get it's not the most pleasant thing to have done

But after returning 3 months later to get my crowns installed I must say the result is amazing I have teeth again after 20 years of problems

They also bring you to and from the airport and the clinic an all-inclusive hotel was included in my package and the hotel was very nice

No complaints here best thing I ever did bit nervous going over by myself as I was my first time flying but HCT made me feel welcome and looked after me along with green park hotel the work I got was teeth and hair treatment came bk to uk very happy no issues with treatment for both and very cheap thanks again 👍👍

Just got back from Istanbul for dental treatment for my mum. She got full mouth implants done.

We were hesitant at first just like anyone but the process was amazing and she has a beautiful smile now.

Burak/Mustafa were really easy to talk prior to booking and answered all the questions throughly or let us talk to the doctors if needed.

The city is amazing and you'll never want to come back.

Honestly it has been one of the best decisions my mum has ever made. She can't stop smiling!!
