Very happy with the booking experience with Robert Clark ... everything stated was delivered! Excellent support. Rob was absolutely amazing and made the arrangements very easy for us. He was very professional, he was enthusiast and considerate, has great people skills and upright.
I'm happy with the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good experience that covers fitness activities, and the one in Cyprus ticked all the boxes. Speaking with Robert helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
The fitness activities were easy and with the hot temperatures that we experienced they were refreshing.
The days start at 8 am and are not finished until 5-6 pm, so there isn't a lot of down time. It challenged me and it's great for physical condition.
All that said I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Rob from Health&Fitness travel. The tour operator made the transfers seamless and was so easy to deal with, always available to respond to any questions or concerns.

Booked the Reshape programme at the Epic Sana Algarve Hotel as a solo traveller. Laura from Health&Fitness was of great help during the planning and her first-hand experience was very useful. The Epic Sana Algarve Hotel is a beautiful 5-star beach resort and their gym and sports facilities are superbe. In fact, I booked the Epic Sana Hotel in Lisbon because of my wonderful stay at their Algarve resort. The fitness trainers Patricia, Pedro and Filipa were amazing and helped me to achieve this year's fitness goals. They combined indoor and outdoor activities and matched trainings for each body part in a fun way. The nutritionost's meal plan was an eye-opener and delicious. There was another lovely couple from London doing the same programme and we had so much fun all together. Definitely coming back!

I had a fabulous vacation at BodyHoliday Le Sport St Lucia thanks to Laura and Health and Fitness travel. I have been to Bodyholiday several times- and love returning for the fantastic array of activities, included spa treatments and delicious food. But this is the first time I have booked through Laura and Health & Fitness- and will always be booking with them in the future. They coordinated everything seamlessly and got me the best price for my Oceanfront Room!
Highly recommend the resort and booking with Health and Fitness Travel team. Give them your body for a week and they will give you your mind back!

At the end of June, I used Health and Fitness travel to book my holiday to the Longevity Ceghona Country Club in Portugal. The booking process with Laura was 5 star and so easy. She was incredibly helpful with my preferences and changed things when I changed my mind!! The booking was all inclusive and she organised everything including flights and transfers, which put my mind at rest.
My actual experience at the country club was amazing. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and had a fabulous time relaxing and doing exercise! I was on the wellness programme so my food was healthy, yet delicious.
I would definitely recommend this place, I have been twice now and booked both times with Laura at Health and Fitness holidays.

I was in so much pain I couldn't see straight or tie my shoes. I found these guys, and notably Robert, who could not have been more helpful. I ended up being alongside him as he booked a trip for me to Cyprus and the next week to Portugal for autoimmune camp experiences. He was a white glove service when I needed it the most. Trust this guy and his team....he responds within seconds and cares as much as you do.

Rob from Health and Fitness Travel found us an excellent deal at the fabulous Epic Sana wellness hotel in the Algarve. The destination was perfect - short flight, short transfer, great service and easy access to the beach. Rob's own service was personal and very attentive too; we travelled during the uncertainty of the recent half-term airport chaos and Rob changed flights and transfers at late notice, keeping us up to date and in contact regularly. He also gave us a number to call for any travel issues when he was on annual leave for the Jubilee weekend. We would use H&FT and visit Epic Sana again without thinking twice.

I needed to book very last minute and the staff at Health and Fitness Travel were excellent and able to facilitate the booking very quickly. Everyone was very friendly, professional and responded right away. Everything was done so that when I arrived I didn't need to sort out appointments or itineraries. The property is beautiful, staff are second to none. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. The spa is amazing, relaxing, clean and extremely accommodating with appointment and booking changes. Would highly recommend the booking agent or the property. I had a small issue while there and it was immediately resolved.

I was looking for a healthy holiday and wanted something similar to The Body Holiday in St-Lucia but in Europe. I came across the health and fitness website and it invites you to call and discuss your wants for a holiday. I called, it was great to speak with someone who knew what I was looking for. Rob Clark helped me muddle thru the different resorts and choose Porto Elounda in Crete mostly because it offered Tennis, spa services and it was on the beach !!!!!!
I can't say enough about the resort and it's staff everything was done with such attention and perfection.
The food was fabulous, so fresh especially the fish.
They had a great front desk and concierge team that arranged anything you needed.

Everything went well on this holiday. Booking through Health and Fitness Travel was simple. They found us a great hotel in Morocco, advised us how to get a better flight deal and kept us up to date on restrictions. Surfing and Yoga were great although apparently surf is better in the autumn - we had to travel a few miles to get the breaks. And yes I am a real person

I am extremely happy with the service Laura offered me. She responded to emails very quickly, understood quickly what I was looking for and came up with a choice of interesting programmes. I have been organising my own trips for years but after this experience, I will definitely contact Laura again as the holiday was the right 'fit' for me and saved me a lot of hassle and time when booking a trip. The resort was great and I learnt from the Pilates teacher despite having my own studio for many years. Overall experience: 10/10!!

Having just come to the end of a long stressful period, I wanted to rebalance and kick start a better diet. I did lots of research on my own and found it hard to narrow down which would best suit my needs.
I called Health and Fitness Travel and Laura listened to what I was after and were able to tell me the pros and cons of the places I had looked at and suggested SHA Wellness Clinic.
Laura made the process of booking the trip very easy and Health and Fitness Travel managed to get me a cheaper deal with more upgrades than if I would have booked it directly with the hotel.
SHA was just what I needed, offering a wide range of treatments in the programme that I had chosen and an even wider variety that you could add on while you were there. I did a 7 day ultimate weight loss programme over 10 days which was perfect for me and I was very happy with the results. The only slight negative thing about the place is that there quite a few consultations where they then try to sell you more treatments, although the consultations are interesting, the extra treatments are expensive.
Laura was responsive throughout, even after I came back and reimbursed my car to the airport which I didn’t need to use in the end.
I would highly recommend Health and Fitness Travel and I will definitely be using them again.
