After initial contact I wanted to speak to their helpline.
The number given was never available. I attempted to contact them 6 times over 3 consecutive days. I then left my number to book a callback that never came. I then emailed the company and received a response to say that the office was shut down for a break for a few days and that no one was available. I then cancelled my healthcare package that I had signed up for 6 days prior. Never use them again. V poor service
