Very sketch. My experience with this company was very disappointing. I spoke with three different people regarding payment at drop-off, very sketchy, and the process did not go as initially explained. They required a different form of payment than originally agreed upon. Additionally, the car was picked up a day later than scheduled, and the final amount was nearly $200 higher than the quoted price. DO NOT USE THEM

They got me a truck in 3 days. Shipwit spent 3 weeks to get me nothing. Go for Victor Parker as your broker, he knows what he's doing.

This review covers 2 separate issues. Please read carefully. On 7/13/24 I did an on-line search for a trucking company to ship a car for me from 1 location in Tennessee to another location in Tennessee. The next day I received no less than 15 inquiries from companies wanting to ship my car. Come to find out, what I did when I filled out the on-line form was ping numerous brokerage companies that arrange for trucking companies to ship goods or property all over the country and even over seas. these brokerage companies are third party venders for trucking companies. not quite understanding how all this worked, i got in touch with one of these brokerage companies. after a bit of discussion on what I wanted and the conditions I wanted met, i was told they could find me a trucking company to move my car and quoted me an attractive cost. Not yet understanding the brokerage side of this, I signed an agreement. When this company failed to meet my requirements, I canceled the agreement according to terms and conditions. After that, things went just a little sideways. However, when the dust settled, everything was fine and I moved on to find another broker.

I got in contact with Victor Parker of Headway Auto Transport, Inc. Victor was told of my issue with the previous broker and assured me while at the same time providing valuable brokerage company information. I felt very comfortable with the information given and allowed Victor the opportunity to locate a trucking company to ship my car. Please note Fees quoted may not always end at the original quoted price. Truckers and companies base who gets priority based on the amount quoted. the higher the quote, the faster the results. Anyway, Victor Parker did a great job in locating a company and driver for the price quoted to me. The move went off on time and with NO issues. John was great. Very responsive to my questions and my Motorcycle arrived the day he said it would with no damage. I would recommend his service. And the price wasn't bad either.

We had a great experience, Henry coordinated so that I would have a successful pick up and a successful delivery. Expectations and responsiveness were amazing!

Service was prompt estimate was off by $145 but still reasonable others quoted higher closer to actual shipping cost . Would have given a 5 if they would have matched the cost quoted .

The company needs to maintain or improve the original estimate. For example, my first estimate was $220.00; one day before the pickup, the price was updated to $280.00, and the final price was $300.00.

I had the best experience with Headway. The broker, Victor, continued looking for a driver that was willing to work within my budget. The driver was awesome! RODRIGO kept all lines of communication open. He was understanding and explained how the process works. Great job! I will be using them again.

I was initially quoted a rate of $999. several days before the scheduled pick up I was told the new fee would be $1300. The high-pressure sales pitch started when I was told that I needed to make a decision within the hour. The majority of these vehicle transport companies are brokers. Please be aware that these rates will change. I ended up going with another agency.
