First Order, Great Experience
This was my first order with Headphones.com. I ordered a B-Stock item and it was in great condition and seemed to be flawless and as clean as new in my case. My package was delivered to the wrong address and I informed Headphones.com and they responded very quickly and I got the headphones later that day. Great customer service and great product for a good price.

Headphones had a great price on the Moondrop Blessings that I wanted. Better than Amazon! To my surprise they shipped that day and I received them very quickly. Couldn't be happier and the Moondrop IEMs are great!

Multiple reasons
Multiple reasons: 1) excellent service in processing and getting the order out fast, 2) just having a place where I can buy headphones when I live in the sticks and the closet thing I have is a very limited selection electronics store and 3) shipping was fast from the company but FedEx dropped the ball and delayed the delivery.

Generally responsive after some confusion about initial order. FEDEX contributed confusion about delivery (withsignature required), but it all worked out. Now, house the earphones!
