Ordered a Louisville Supra and the order and shipping went seamlessly. The only critique is that it arrived in a cardboard box without any protective packing like bubble wrap. Seems risky but arrived fine.

Steady communication as the bat moved through the process from order to reception. Price was on par with others however, Headbangers offered a faster delivery date to my location.

Please note that manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, so we would not automatically be notified if there was an issue with your product. We also aren’t seeing any emails, calls, or other communication on your account regarding a warranty concern.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your order to you. Unfortunately, shipping to Hawaii can sometimes be unpredictable—some packages arrive extremely quickly, while others can take 2–3 weeks depending on carrier routing, weather, and other transit delays.
Your order was placed on August 6 and shipped from our facility the same business day, August 6. From there, the tracking shows the package moving back and forth through the carrier’s shipping network before finally arriving in Honolulu on August 22.
Unfortunately, the combination of carrier delays and severe weather, including the hurricane activity during this timeframe, resulted in a much longer transit time than anyone would have liked. While the package left our facility immediately, we completely understand how frustrating it is to wait that long for an order.
We greatly appreciate your patience and your business. We’d also be happy to provide you with a discount code toward a future order as a thank-you for your understanding during the delay.

Going between account and shopping
Going between account details and shopping is difficult. Maybe keep the options on a banner on all web pages so you can navigate more easily.
Also having a chat bot with the option to speak to someone would be very helpful and faster than email.
Super happy with the staff service and how you matched a price for me.

I have been shopping around HBS for a while now. Had great experience everytime. Jesse/ @dadbodbatreviews has always been a huge help with things I need. Getting to participate in the raffles he does allows me to try other bats I would not normally buy.
When an order was taken from my porch Jesse stepped up and helped me go through the process and got my new order out to me quickly.

It looks like you purchased a Combat USA Slowpitch Bat on August 3. This item was a preorder, and your bat shipped on August 6 once inventory became available. Tracking shows that it was then delivered on August 11, following the weekend.
