I am an early user of an hdrop sensor. I used GEN 1 and liked it so much I purchased GEN 2. I cannot say enough good things - about the company and the product itself Very valuable insight and data that truly helped me focus my hydration needs and issues I was having as an ultra endurance cyclist. Great customer service and extremely easy to contact and communicate with. Overall, I would purchase again without reservation or recommend its use. A GREAT product and experiennce.

I have to say that I was kind of skeptical when I first talked myself into the purchase of this unit and I had been relying on my years of training to get me through my OCR races or Bicycle races. Of course I thought I knew everything about hydration and electrolyte loss and when to replenish. Well, this tech gear proved how wrong I was. This unit is amazing on how it keeps you updated on Sweat rate, Sodium loss and Potassium loss as you workout or compete in races. I am now able to react faster, before my body starts to crave these items opposed to waiting for my body to tell me it needs these items to be replenished. The water was always easy to stay ahead of the game but I had no idea that I dump Sodium way above a normal person. What I thought was adequate to keep up with extreme exercise was actually making me fall behind and become fatigue. My Potassium was also being sweated out at a higher rate than I could imagine. Using this device solved those problems immediately with the info it was giving me.
My last race in the Hotter-N-Hell bike race for 103 miles was at 04:41:22 in 2017 and I biked it again in 2025 at a time of 04:40:05.
This is due to being so far ahead of the electrolyte fatigue and staying hydrated it made 1:17 minute difference.
I know you say, you are stronger or better trained.
Well I wish I was stronger and I do train a lot but in 2017 that was my 15th time to do the hh100 and I am not going from 22yr old to a 30yr old or any where close to that. I was 58yrs old in 2017 and beat my time in 2025 at 66yrs old.
This unit made the difference in my consumption of what I needed before my body said it needed it.
This unit is like having your own Crystal ball since you can see into every aspect of your body needs and respond so much quicker and before it is too late.

I’ve been using hDrop for a few weeks and it’s honestly eye-opening. The sensor is small, comfortable, and gives real data on my sweat rate and sodium loss during workouts. It helped me adjust my hydration plan and I’ve noticed a big difference in endurance and recovery. Support was responsive when I had a setup question. Definitely worth it if you train regularly and want data to back your hydration strategy.

When I received the unit, it took a while, but I could finally activate the unit for the "thumb" test for base levels..., nothing has worked since. And customer support is simply a "bot", and the first available tech support was a few days out..., so this obviously wasn't a great experience.

Horrible. Do not waste your time or money. They won’t refund and even if unused they say it has been and keep $27- this is a scam. They cannot activate it and will blame your email address. Other products much less money and accurate. Don’t buy. Terrible “service”

Me he comprado desde españa su dispositivo de hidratación y por ahora todo muy bien, la app funciona correctamente. El envio llego como se indicaba y llevo 3 meses usandolo para hacer trails y saber cuando tomarme los complementos.
