Best therapist
My experience in this spa has been amazing thanks to Chinazom! What a fantastic therapist, what an incredible woman! Our sessions last one hour and a half but it always feels about half that or less because we always exchange stories and time goes by so quickly as a result! Chinazom is such an interesting person, she has a huge depth of knowledge of her craft and on top of that she has degrees in chemistry that make her a very proficient therapist! Our sessions will soon come to an end and I am already dreading not having a catch up with this amazing human being! So lucky you’re my therapist Chinazom! I always have such a great time chatting with you and I always feel looked after by an absolute professional! Thank you 🙏

Lana is excellent. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a laser therapist make me feel as comfortable as she did. Her technique made it far less painful than usual!

Appalling customer service
In a competitive marketplace this salon stands out for very rude customer service - shout out to Larab!
Laser hair removal services are available in many salons, but please do not fall for the low prices as so many people are sold courses you simply cannot get appointments - when calling to try to find time I was spoken over, shouted at, told by Larab "I actually don't care what you tell management - oh my god, get off the phone!"

I got my eyebrows done by Priya today! She was very meticulous and delivered exactly how I like my eyebrows. I initially told her how I like my eyebrows and she took her time to do exactly how I asked her to. Very pleased with Priya! She was great

Delisia is a hidden gem
Delisia is a hidden gem. She is excellent at threading. The best in Barnet. She is also friendly and i always look forward to going here because of her.
She also told me about the laser here so i invested and have not been disappointed so far. Like she said, the results are excellent , also because they take their time to do it well and not rushing. This makes my results excellent and my investment in doing laser here worthwhile.
Very happy.

Thank you Shania!
Shania is a great Beauty Therapist and I will miss her so much as she goes on maternity leave. She always makes you feel comfortable and attends to your needs and gives great advice. My laser is always pain free and she is very thorough. She’s a real asset to HC MedSpa. When I visit for my laser treatment it’s like going to meet a friend. Thank you Shania for my appointment yesterday and best of luck with the arrival of your little one. You will be missed! x
