I can’t fault them, even when our solicitor left the company half way through our move of house, it was picked up and complete efficiently by others in the team. When delays happened due to other solicitors in the chain, ours were chasing and keeping on top of things for us. I would use them again.

This company go above and beyond what I’ve experienced before .
The conveyancing was difficult from my buyers perspective but Sherrie and Sharon were amazing and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process . I also had an introduction to Jules at HCB and she swiftly came home and helped us through our wills and POA . A very professional company that I would reccomend to anyone that needs a competent group of warm legal advisors .

I needed a mandatory settlement agreement review and, working for a large corporate, their recommendation list was large, impersonal and expensive law firms in the City. I have been a customer of HCB in a previous incarnation at their Harrow office for conveyancing purposes so wasn't sure they would offer this kind of service but, having now transformed into HCB, their offering of services was wider.
The engagement was very quick, efficient, kind and thoughtful. It was also affordable - very important when you are going through a redundancy! The process was managed by Kate Regan and my solicitor was L'Wren Tremayne. I felt thoroughly cared for and L'Wren picked up on a couple of items which were swiftly corrected by my employer. The work was turned around really quickly which meant the settlement could be progressed swiftly.
