The whole experience has been appalling, from AXA telling me my policy has expired, despite it only commencing 1/1/26 to the documents generated by VirtualLucy being addressed to my previous address despite it being updated 3 months ago

Axa recommended physio but too complicated
I was recommended by Axa as part of my private care, I don't have any exercise listed and it simply looks way too complicated trust me I am from technology. I wasted 2 days of mince waiting for the exercises. I wouldn't recommend this app based on my experience

Given some options for physio with inadequate details of locations. Just mileage from my home, street location and post code. No reference to borough or district so impossible to know whether any of these places was accessible. Only way would be to write down post codes etc, and look each of them up before deciding. Hopelessly impractical and unhelpful!
