SHOCKING SERVICE!!
first sent my enquiry through on the 15th of march, and Mark was quick to email back and forth discussing my designs, I accepted my quote on the 18th of march and was told on the 20th that that it would take a week for the artwork team to digitize my design. I then heard nothing so chased this up on the 27th, I got no response so emailed again on 02/04 and eventually got a response and confirmed I was happy with the design on 03/04. I received the headcovers on the 09/04 and wasnt happy with the quality of the embroidery as the lettering was different sizing, some of the letters looked unfinished and part of my logo was unrecognizable, mark said that due to the design of my logo and advised due to the size of one of my logos this couldn't be improved as embroider cannot produce small detail, at no point in the design process was this mentioned and Id like to add that since this I have sent my golf clothes off to another company to be embroidered and my logos look fantastic and there have been no issues with my logo. Mark offered to re do the headcover in print instead of embroidery which I accepted on the 09/04, I chased Mark up on 11/04, 13/04 and got no response as to what was happening with my new headcover. I then called in and spoke to soemone called rob who had no idea of the situation and told me that my order is showing as completed and wasnt aware there were any issues, he said he will chase this up with mark and get back to me, a week goes by and still no response, I called again and was told they are short staffed and mark is busy so he will chase it up again and get back to me. I then get an email from Michelle on the 25th of april apologizing for the delay and blamed it on not having the right people in the business, she then asked if I can send my logos in a different formant as they are unable to use the ones they currently have so I sent those off on the 27th, again got no response so chased this up on the 30th and finally got the design back which wasnt what id asked for so she had to go away and get this re done and said she would do it that day but again I heard nothing so chased this up again on the 01/05, got an email back on 02/05 with the new design which I approved and she said she would get it posted out that day 02/05 , she then emailed back saying it cant be posted until 07/05 as her machinest isnt in until then, I emailed on the 07/05 to check it had been posted and was told the print machine was now broken and there not sure when it will be fixed, I emailed back again on the 10th and was told the engineer was coming that day, asked for another update on the 13th and was responded to on the 14th saying it was finally being dispatched and I finally received it on the 20/05.
overall a shocking experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone, the level of customer service is appalling, having to constantly chase them with multiple emails to even get a response.
