Hazlemere Window Co. Ltd Anmeldelser

Excellent people, products, quality of installation, customer service.

Great quality door, quick installation and overall good service.

very Friendly from the start to the end. cleaned away everything and made good or even better all the repairs. very happy with my new windows, look amazing

Quality of work exemplary, great customer service, efficient and fast. Top class product, superb fitting, enhances home and great cat flap for my cat.

Hazlemere have been a pleasure to work with. They are clearly customer centred, which is not always a given these days, and the fact that it is family owned initially recommended itself to me. The whole crew involved with the project were great. We had to have a change of building crew shortly after the project started and Sean did a brilliant job, almost single handed! Scott, our project manager was always available and was a very reassuring part of the project. Most important, we are thrilled with the end result. It looks great and I look forward to watertight and better insulated winters!

From the very start our experience with Hazlemere Windows and Doors has been positive. The customer service is excellent and the quality of the door is perfect. The door fitters were very polite and friendly.

Excellent service from buying our new door to installation

Informative on the works they were carrying out, Completed works within advised time, Were clean and tidy and also helped out with some additional work

Jake and Josh were extremely efficient, worked hard and were very polite. The work was completed in the 3 days allocated despite some transportation issues. Thanks guys I would have no qualms about recommending your services.

Very polite and courteous fitters. One time and completed as per estimate. Product is good and has transformed and uplifted the look of our property. Communications are great and Hazlemere are a company that cares about how they do things and the service they provide.

All my dealings with Hazelmere staff were pleasant and informative. The window fitters kept me informed about what time they would reach me and when they did arrive they worked solidly to make sure it was done as quickly as possible. They made a really good job, the window looked good when finished and they left the place spotlessly clean when they left.

We are thrilled with our new front door. It's really well fitted, provides total insulation and brings in lots of light. Highly recommended

We are really pleased with the quality of our new entrance doors and the fitting process.

We ordered a patio door for our office garage from Hazelmere. We were satisfied with the consultation process with Owen who also showed us around the showroom. The ordering was done in a timely manner and actually got our first fitting appointment earlier than expected. We had a few issues along the way though such as one of the window panes was not ordered in the correct size and therefore needed to wait another few weeks to have that ordered and fitted. On the 2nd fitting appointment the window pane was warped and it was very evident. I was not present for the 2nd appointment as my husband was and I found it a little unfair that the fitters did not comment or advice anything about the warped window pane given their experience. This entailed yet another call to Owen and management who were very responsive ( I commend that) and had to have the same window pane ordered a 3rd time. We also had an incomplete vent and internal fascia so that needed to be installed in the 3rd fitting appointment. On the 3rd fitting appointment a pleasant and seemingly experienced colleague finished off the job and I was very happy with the final window pane ordered and also the internal fascia. I still gave a 4 star because the communication and responsiveness of when things weren't going well is commendable. I did not give a 5 due to errors made along the way and delay in getting the project completed. Overall the final product is great. Thank you.

Great product and Hazlemere were really good communicating the process, keeping me informed at every stage. Also very happy with the installation carried out by Richie and Ashley.

We had a new door and windows. We received excellent advice and service all the way through the process. Special mention to the fitting team of Richie and Ashley who went above and beyond expectations. We would highly recommend Hazlemere.

It's the first time we've used this Company and it certainly won't be the last!
Right from the early stages of being able to go and see the products in a Showroom was a great idea.
Then all the other stages went like clockwork. The salesman, Surveyor and Fitters were so professional. We were kept informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble.
The finished installation looks lovely and we are really thrilled with it. We had a patio door fitted in UPVC.
I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this Company.

The service from Hazlemere was first class, from Faheem in Sales, Dan leading an efficient installation team, the follow up snagging effort from Dave and the aftercare check from Laura. I will be happy to order again

The whole process from start to finish was great.

Bob, the salesman, was not pushy and didn't live up to the stereotypical double glazing salesperson. He was patient especially as we took our time to decide on the door type and colour.

The installation was done by Ashley and Darren. Really professional, explained what they were doing and best of all incredibly tidy and punctual.

Would I recommend, yes and have done so.

From the initial assessment carried out by Bob to the fitting from Joe, all aspects of the installation was both excellent and professional. Many thanks, Paul & Jill Atkins
