My plants arrived in two rather…
My plants arrived in two rather insubstantial boxes. One had become completely squashed en route and the postman specifically asked that we keep a photographic record.
The plants were somewhat worse for wear, especially from the crushed box. They had dried out and drooping, but thankfully have now picked up.
Better packaging perhaps?

Good level of communication. Quick and efficient purchase. Plants arrived packaged securely and sufficiently resilient to withstand the rigours of courier service. Nice strong plants. Not overwatered for transit so no rot.

Arrived within expected timescale. Packaging was great (ingenious).
All plants received in good, healthy condition with care advice.

Delivery service was excellent. Was emailed date and approx time of delivery. Plants arrived well packaged and in good condition. Came with advise/instructions on how to plant up my blueberry bushes. Very happy and will definitely be buying from this company again.

I purchased 'plug' plants which were on…
I purchased 'plug' plants which were on special offer.
The plugs are a very good size, every single plant was in good condition. I potted them on into 13cm pots on arrival and they are doing well a week later. Not wilting, no die-back. 20 excellent quality plants. Now I just have to wait for them to flower.
I would recommend this company.
