I’ve used Hayes finance multiple times in the last 13 years and they are very freindly people what do exactly what it says on the tin they sought your mortgage out with minimal fuss and they do it all very quickly thankyou guys for being so helpful and I can’t recommend them enough to anybody who needs a mortgage

Communication was seamless and they even kept us updated as rates improved while our sale was going through, meaning we managed to secure a better rate before we completed on our home. This company ghosted me after I had sent them my financial details and proof of ID in the form of a passport. Despite e-mailing and leaving messages for two days they did not get back to me then failed to be available for an arranged phone discussion. I reported them to police for potential use to fraud. Don’t trust this company.
