Poor quality shipping
I have not had time to experience the product itself, I have high hopes. I will share an email I sent to the company that directly shows the experience I had:
Hello,
I am not sure who is in charge of your shipping department, but I as one customer, found my package out of line with the “highest” of quality products your company touts.
My $300 order of several items came in a large black plastic bag. Not too much unlike a garbage bag. The items could not have taken up more than 20% of the interior. On top of that, the bag was punctured in several spots during transit. I did not see damage to any of your products more than a couple scuff marks on the plastic bag the item was encased in, and the cardboard labels being creased/bent during transit.
My impression is that your company did not give much care in the way your products arrived to me, a new customer. I have inexpensive items sent to me from other vendors that at least arrive in a box to protect them.
As a business owner, I thought someone in management should know about their first impression. As good as websites and social media posts can look. Or as good as the product might be, this one little thing is memorable to me.
