It was a very good experience and got detailed information for both of my properties. Mohbin and his team are very flexible and work weekend which was handy. Also i like that they used a drone to see the areas that normally a surveyor wouldn't be able to see ! Good service from Hawk Property surveys
I recently had a damp survey carried out on my property, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided. From the moment I contacted the company, the team was responsive and informative, answering all my questions about the process and what to expect.
The surveyor arrived on time and was very professional throughout. They took their time to inspect every part of the property, including areas I hadn't even considered. The report was detailed, with clear explanations of the issues found and recommendations for the necessary treatment. I appreciated the transparency in pricing and that no work was pushed onto me—just a clear breakdown of what could be done and what wasn’t urgent.
The damp issues were addressed promptly, and I’ve seen a huge improvement in the condition of the property. It’s been a great experience, and I feel much more confident about managing the damp moving forward.
Highly recommend this service to anyone needing a thorough and reliable damp survey!
