Haven Kitchens  Anmeldelser

I recently purchased a Haven kitchen. I cannot fault Gavin who oversaw the project. Nothing was ever a problem and everything got resolved quickly.

Moved house and decided we could not live with the kitchen we inherited. We contacted Haven Kitchens which to be honest we had never heard of,we visited the showroom in Plymouth and saw Simon Nicholson who took control from start to finish cannot fault him or Haven nothing was to much trouble.

We had door and draw replacement from the St. Austell branch. The whole job was top notch.
Gavin's project management was excellent, leaving me with no concerns throughout design and installation stages.

I am delighted with my new Haven kitchen. Simon guided me through the whole process with endless patience and excellent advice on how to make the most of a smaller kitchen space and unusually shaped utility room. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently and I would not hesitate to recommend Haven.

My mum moved into a flat which needed a new kitchen, we went with Haven and were over the moon with the results. Simon looked after us from start to finish and was very kind and patient with my 83 year old mum. All the guys that had a hand in fitting the kitchen from Duane the builder, Andy the electrician and Mark the fitter, were fantastic and the end result was a lovely kitchen that looks amazing. Thanks to Simon and Haven, I would highly recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen — the design, build quality, and overall finish have far exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning the process felt smooth, professional, and genuinely customer-focused.

A huge thank you to Laura, who truly went above and beyond for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble — she listened carefully to what we wanted, offered thoughtful design ideas, and made sure every detail was just right. Her attention to detail, patience, and friendly approach made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

The quality of the kitchen itself is outstanding. The units feel solid and premium, the layout works perfectly for our space, and the final result looks amazing. We’ve had so many compliments already.

We couldn’t be happier and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-designed kitchen with exceptional customer service.

Right from the beginning Laura couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Out of three possible companies we could have gone for Laura was easily head and shoulders above everyone else. We couldn’t be more delighted with our lovely new kitchen and the service that Laura provided.

I have recently had a kitchen fitted, supplied by Haven, and I have to say I am delighted with the end result. The quality of the kitchen itself is absolutely superb. The design from Laura was exactly what I had envisaged and her support throughout the project was above and beyond. Fitting was done by Mark Payne and what an amazing job he has done. His attention to detail is exceptional.
My new kitchen looks fantastic and I certainly would not hesitate to recommend a Haven kitchen to anyone.

Simon from Haven Kitchens came out and designed a beautiful kitchen to our specifications. We had a few bespoke details which Simon was able to accommodate and produced excellent visual drawings of how the kitchen would look. Simon was there for us all the way through the process from the design stage to the finished kitchen and dealt with any issues swiftly. We also dealt with Ollie from HBH Woolacotts who was great in ordering all our appliances and organised them to be held in storage until we needed them which was very helpful..Let me tell you that the units and internal drawers supplied by Haven Kitchens are absolute quality and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Haven have provided a first class kitchen at a modest price. From the first survey Simon Nicholson has been a fund of information and good advice and his design has given us the kitchen that we desired. I would definitely recommend Haven Kitchens the value for money is excellent.

Simon was very helpful, he listened to our requirements and advised us with his vast knowledge. We are so happy with the end result. The kitchen is gorgeous and we didn't have any problems with the installation. So pleased we chose Haven Kitchens and would definitely use them again.

We had a major project. In addition to the kitchen we entrusted Haven to fit out 2 bedroom a living area and entrance hall. Logistically it was quite complex. From the initial designs, which we obviously liked, to the coordination of fitting team and the support of the appliance team in Woolacotts the project went to plan and budget. Any small issues were quickly ironed out. Simon Nicholson is a professional designer and project manager who we would recommend to anyone who wants a quality job. We would also recommend working with the fitting team led by Mark Payne. All in all it made a large project relatively stress free.

We approached Haven Kitchens for replacement doors for our existing kitchen units, not really expecting them to be able to accommodate us. However, they agreed to do this for us. Our units were not standard sizes and had to be made to measure. We found all members of their staff to be friendly and attentive and we are very happy with the end results. They also installed our new integral fridge and ovens plus under unit lighting. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services. Obviously, having the hub of the home revamped is a stressful process so 'Thank you Haven Kitchens' for making it run so smoothly.

Review for Haven St Austell branch only

Discussed replacement quartz work surfaces. Arduous from Day 1 with little or no communications even down to install date.
Should have gone direct to supplier - Everything Stone in Par - 01726 814466 - who were more than helpful and liaised as a supplier should.
Cannot and will not recommend Haven, sorry.

In the conversations with Chris, it was agreed that the communications with the show room could and should have been a lot better and a lot of the issues could have been resolved this way. Communications are key and ONLY work if they are 2 way.
It matters not who I placed the order with - the bottom line is that Haven did absolutely nothing to assist me. The additional things were sorted by the suppliers (Everything Stone) and just recosted by you to get your mark up. I would not trust Haven to design a straight line let alone a kitchen but in life we live and learn.

I would like to thank the Haven and HBH Woolcaotts team for my beautiful kitchen, but especial thanks have to go to Laura, the designer. I had a small space and lots of requirements and Laura clearly spent a great deal of time researching what could and couldn’t work with some of those specifics. She was endlessly patient with my many queries and her helpful advice has prevented me making mistakes. I was kept fully informed of timings, and throughout the project Laura has visited to check if I was happy. Her aftercare and finishing touches about details I hadn’t even considered have made such a difference to the final look and how the kitchen works. I have no hesitation in recommending Haven Kitchens.

Fantastic experience with Haven kitchens- Simon was brilliant in planning and executing our dream kitchen and we are over the moon with the quality of both the units and worktops alongside how it looks and feels- cannot recommend enough!!

Where do I start . It’s not everyday you buy a kitchen , and you want to know your buying quality and any issues that may arise will be dealt with . From start to finish Haven ( Laura ) have been great in designing and delivering on time , and the quality finish of the Kitchen is awesome .
Thank you to everyone at Haven and HBH Woolacotts for being so supportive in getting our dream kitchen in and complete .

Haven stepped in when Kettle went under. They have honored the deposit paid to Kettle and followed through seamlessly.
Simon listened to our requirements and came up with good suggestions. The finished kitchen matches the design and what we envisioned to a tee. A great service throughout

Fantastic customer service throughout. In conjunction with us Laura designed a bespoke kitchen that when delivered and fitted was beyond our expectations. Quality materials and no cutting corners. We would not hesitate to recommend Haven kitchens for all your needs

We have just started using our new Haven kitchen, the finished product is beyond our expectations. Simon from Havens produced a design taking into account all our requests with the appliances being supplied by Woolacotts. The kitchen was installed by Robbie from All Home Improvements of Saltash together with his various colleagues.
