Slick operation from start to finish
Slick operation from start to finish - Nest thermostat installed. Engineer was prompt, polite and tidy. Full operational instructions were given and the app set up on my phone, again with full instructions. Thoroughly recommend

Great team to solve heating problems.
We had no central heating upstairs due to past builders neglect and a tricky pipe work situation, which many other companies refused to touch. Haven were amazing. Their problem solving was quick and accurate and the actual work took less time than we thought it would. Kev, Adam and James were so polite, tidy and hard working I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Thank you Haven Home Solutions!
We can’t thank Haven Home Solutions enough for sorting out our ongoing issue with our heating. For months we had suffered with cold radiators and clunking pipes, which were so loud the baby kept waking up! We got in contact with Haven and spoke to the very friendly and helpful Neil, who suspected that we needed a system flush and said he’d send someone out in the next couple of days, which he did! Kevin was great, he arrived and checked the radiators, boiler and immersion heater and gave a quick and jargon free explanation to what was wrong with our heating. He carried out the work efficiently and thoroughly and even offered some friendly and helpful advise along the way to help us understand how to be more energy efficient.
We can quite safely say that the heating system has definitely improved, instead of cranking up the heating we find ourselves lowering it... and the clunking noise has totally gone too!
Huge thanks for everything!

Top notch start to finish with no hassle
We had a broken pipe in the bathroom that was leaking and causing damage. Haven were top notch start to finish, and took care of everything from plumbing to the decorating. We also had a custom made skirting board, which had to be replaced, and they sorted that as well. A completely stress free and no hassle repair.

Fast installation of a Windhager Wood pellet Boiler
We had a wood pellet boiler installed in October 2019and the company were great taking care of all arrangements all the way through.
The installation was done very rapidly and efficiently.
The installers were both good humoured and polite. They were also extremely tidy- even making a special trip back to our house which is remotely situated to collect any debris they could not reomove initially

I recently had a new boiler installed…
I recently had a new boiler installed by Haven (Oct 2019). They were so easy to deal with from initial enquiry to installation. James and Adam who installed the boiler were clean and tidy as well as being really polite and well mannered. Would highly recommend Haven and will have them back next year when we start our renovation works. Thanks again.
