If i could rate a 0 i would. Iv waited 4 weeks for my books still havnt had a email. The only email i got was to tell me expect 2-4 weeks for delivery. Iv emailed 4 times and still nothing. Why are people like you ‘lauren’ as it states on the email i got, after you took my money to comfirm.. still allowed to trad online and scam people out of money but not send there good.

I am dissatisfied with the service after ordering from this site was due to receive goods paid for within 4 weeks from order , still haven’t received them and sent numerous messages , emailed customer service and only had 1 reply for my order number , sent them this as requested and they haven’t bothered to reply about order or refund .

Beautiful Prints
Absolutely love love my prints . They took a little longer to arrive but correspondence from them confirmed there would be due to working on her own and trying to keep up with orders.
Would recommend and buy again!

No contact - possible scam. Please be careful what you're buying
over a month on i am still yet to receive my order, or even confirmation of shipping. Emailed the seller to ask if she could check the tracking of the package and had no reply, now a few days on since the email and still not heard anything. Not great customer service on that part at all. I am aware they take up to 4 weeks to arrive but mine has been over 4 weeks and i havent even been told they have reached England yet. A shame as i have been really looking forward to these arriving but feeling like its a scam now.

If you leave a bad comment on Instagram you will get a reply but then back to nothing and your comment will be removed, absolute jokers!!!!!
I have ordered from this company before with no problems so I am absolutely shocked that they have turned into scammers!!!!!!
A 40th birthday gift ruined and now to find replacements by Wednesday!!!!!

I had the same problem as a lot of other people on here I waited a lot longer then promised for delivery but the pictures DID TURN UP I was also emailing but always got a response? They came about 5/6 weeks late but when they did turn up I was really pleased and very good quality
