Great crushable brimmed hat delivered on time.
The crushable MJM woollen brimmed brown hat looks great. I am wearing it while touring. Despite early delays in the delivery system Hatstore kept me updated and thankfully got the hat to me on time.

Ordered from Hatstore before and it went perfect. This time not so much, package was damaged and not delivered; notification was: Returned to sender.
I contacted Hatstore and asked if they had a solution, even though it was out of their control. They replied within 24 hours and pro-actively offered to resend the order. Amazing and friendly customer service, highly recommend!

They should be banned for having the name Hat store Australia change it to that store Sweden I'd say most don't read the fine print & wouldn't buy if they knew it was being sent from a million miles away

You find this information in the terms and conditions, in the About Us, as well as we clearly inform in our order confirmation that the orders are shipped from Sweden. Bad experience
First of all my product was lost then I was told it was stuck in transit in Sydney then I was told it didn't even make it to Australia, In the end I received a full refund which was fine, but overall a very negative experience

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I waited almost 2 months for my cap and they have sent the wrong size. Imagine sending it back for an exchange. I wouldn't get it until Christmas. I'm not going to bother. Oh well, lesson learnt with these guys
