HashBeat is a pure scam! They "bait and switch" you on contract terms forcing you to have to buy two contracts at one time once you purchase one contract without the requirement. They "expire" your contract, then require you to deposit more $$$ in order to purchase two contracts. They'll freeze your account for withdrawal. They use algorithms that fool you into confidence with their platform with the smaller value contracts, then when they detect you're depositing more money to bump up to their higher contracts, they begin the "bait and switch" tactics.

They list an address in Colorado; however, I don't believe there is an office there. At one point I had a web page come up from their site that was a support webpage, like "not available", etc., and it was all in Chinese.

So, I believe this is really an overseas scam.

I signed up for HashBeat.com, a cryptocurrency cloud mining service, after seeing advertisements promising daily crypto payouts and guaranteed returns. I deposited 1 Ethereum, and for the first withdrawal, received a small amount. When attempting to withdraw my remaining balance over $10k after upgrading my contract, my account was suspended, and support demanded additional payments for 'activation.' To date, I have been unable to recover my funds. I have transaction records, email/chat logs, and screenshots as evidence. Multiple users on Trustpilot and scam-advisory sites report similar experiences, suggesting a pattern of fraudulent activity. Don't be duped.

Platform to avoid. They prioritize deposits and block withdrawals. All withdrawal requests I initiate on the platform are rejected. They should refund my money. Plus, they no longer respond to messages sent to them.

It's a scam! And they are not to be trusted with what I have experienced with this company. There is no transparency, and they are after your deposit only. If you don't want to lose your money to them avoid them now. I have now switched on to PAIVA and everything has turned out well. No lies or deceit, and at least they actually pay.

I honestly thought I was playing it safe, started with just one contract to see how things worked. Everything seemed fine until I tried to make a withdrawal. That's when they suddenly suspended my account and blocked all access to my funds including what I originally deposited. The reason is I didn't buy two contracts. Funny how that only became an issue when I asked for my money back.

I will always respect FIFTH & heaven for its transparency and ease of withdrawals. They have been straight with me the whole time, which is rare lately

As with others, they start out great. Ran the $100, $680 then the $1600 with no problems till I tried to withdrawal for the fifth time. Then the account is suspended and they change the fine print where I need to give them another $1600. I reported them to the FBI at ic3.gov. Next is ReportFraud.ftc.gov and then Chainabuse.com. I urge everyone to do the same and hopefully the CEO Adam Scott will spend some prison time…

There is nothing right here with them. Don't ever try to rely on them because I had a sad experience with this firm. All my funds have gone and I can't get them back. Now I have switched on to PAIVA and everything is going on fine. Transparency is certain, consistency, and no delays in their services.

Apparent Fraud - Unable to withdraw funds.

I started small with hashbeat, investing and making withdrawals. Problems started at the $4200 amount. I purchased one contract and that put my account into a negative balance, waiting for me to deposit more. When I cleared the negative balance, the contracts ran normally. Unfazed, I purchased a single contract (thinking it would automatically purchase 2), but it only purchased 1. I allowed this to expire. This morning I attempted to withdraw the money and got the message "you have an unfulfilled contract for an investment project and therefore cannot be liquidated from the system to your wallet address." After a lengthy back and forth with the online support in which I asked what the rules were and how to work with it, all of the sudden, my funds were suspended. Support made a vague request for an additional deposit of $4200.

When I asked about this, I got this response: "We have reported this issue to our superiors for processing. Don't worry. You are a high-quality customer of our platform. We attach great importance to your feedback! We will handle this issue as soon as possible!" My request for a timeframe for response was ghosted.

At this point, I am out approximately $8400 and have little expectation of getting it back. I strongly recommend against depositing money with this vendor.

UPDATE: As of July 18, my funds are still shown as suspended and hashbeat technical support which was previously highly responsive, no longer responds to me. I have continued to "bump" the request each day.

The contract you see before you create an account is different from the contract you see after you create an account. The contract before account creation is simple. The contract after account creation states there needs to be 2 contracts at the same time. This disparity invalidates contract binding under US law. File an FBI complaint here: httpscolonforward-slashforward-slashdotic3dotgov . They have a physical location in Denver, call the cops there and report the crime. I was asked to pay 9,000 within 48 hours to activate a previous 9,000 plan. I did. Then I was told both contracts had to be online at the same time. How can it be when they suspended my first contract? Now I have to pay for 2 more contracts to be online at the same time so they can review my previous 2 contracts that are now suspended.

A fraudulent platform. Money was tampered with. Contracts were tampered with. All of the following happened to me. I was counting on more than one plan, but there was a 28,000 plan. I had entered one plan. I was informed that the account was frozen and I was asked to participate in a new plan. A new plan was activated. They came back and said that the plans have different time periods. You must subscribe to two plans together. A new amount of $56,000 was transferred. The subscription was made, and of course, promises were made to lift the freeze after 24 hours. A request was made to subscribe to two new plans. 50 percent was activated and the remaining amount remained at 50 percent. This was not in accordance with the instructions and requests. They violated that and now they are asking for an amount of 56,000 to activate two plans and give a 48-hour grace period. This is not good. There is fraud. The matter will be exposed on all sites. I have all the proof.

Hashbeat is the biggest scam company I’ve ever seen. I started with them 3 weeks ago with their beginner contract $100. Then i moved on to the $680 contracts. I stayed on it for the while, my reward reached $200 anf they let me withdrew it without problem. I continued with the same contract, my reward reached $200 again, I initiated the withdrawal and they blocked my account. I contacted them through the chat, a very unreliable way communication
and I learned that I wasn’t paying attention to the contract, that i cannot purchase 1 unit of that contract . That clause was not in the terms of the contract, they just change in purpose. Now they are asking me to purchase 2 more contracts to unlock the account. I did it but at the end of the contract, the account is still blocked. There is no way to communicate with them, you send message but they don’t answer until by chance they come back with message like this

“ Hello, the system shows that the activation contract release failed.
Your account status is abnormal and the balance cannot be used as activation funds.
The data shows that the funds you used for activation are $1,138.89, and $1,360 is required to complete the contract.
Part of the restricted balance has been occupied, so your fulfillment plan release failed.
You need to re-perform the fulfillment operation on your account to activate the withdrawal function of the account.”

The price of 2 contracts is $1360. I already have $222.75 balance in my account and i sent in $1141 and they said they received $1138.89. But still 1138.89+ 222.75 is more than $1360.
They want me to buy 2 contracts again because the $1138.89 i sent was insufficient.
This is unbelievable. Please don’t put your money in this hell.

My original review below. Changing from 5 to 1 star. Update 7/20/2025. They suspended my account when I tried to make a withdrawal and will not allow any of my funds including those I deposited to be withdrawn. Their excuse for suspending my account and keeping my funds was because I bought 1 contract and not 2. Keep in mind hashbeat.com allows you to do this and does not suspend your account until you try to make a withdraw.

I started small to test hashbeat.com and I have had no issues with withdrawals of USDC. Important things you have to pay attention to
1. Your wallet is on the same blockchain that is available to transfer out of.
2. You need to also have Google Authenticator and this is a pay for subscriptions app.

So far I am loving this cloud mining application and I will post updates as I use hashbeat more.
