Amazing service from Vino
Went to buy an iPhone 17 pro max in Harvey Norman Waterford and not being technically minded I was very lucky to meet the most helpful, patient, nicest guy, and I would say a genius when it comes to technology. He went above and beyond to help me out. His name was Vino and there’s no problem he can’t solve.

Bought two kids watches
Bought two kids watches. Charger was broken on one when it arrived. The box had clearly been opened previously as seals had been torn. Rang the store and staff were very good and reimbursed the price of one watch. The charger for the second watch broke within one hour of use. Awful product. Spent €58, and €25 refunded. Not the fault of staff it was the product that was awful.

Amazing experience
The experience with the guys was amazing, we had a good time laughing all through the process of assembling my furniture. They are well experienced and very courteous. Only they declined nicely when I offered a cup of tea... 😆

Two great guys delivered my dresser
Two great guys delivered my dresser . There were two little shelf holders missing .they took photos . I said I will get some myself but wouldn't hear of it .Within half an hour I got a call to say they got some and came back to fit them . Great service .couldn't fault it

Delighted with delivery

This was my first time buying something…
This was my first time buying something online through Humm. I wasn’t familiar with the entire ordering process, but it took about two days. After receiving a message from the store saying the laptop was ready for pickup, I was thrilled to make my son happy. It was a birthday present for him! Thank you so much!

This is a specific review re the waterford Store and customer care. I did a recon in the waterford store 3 weeks ago getting measurements etc and trying to make a final decision on what i needed for my kitchen . At this time i had dealings with Mark a sales expert . Who helped and answered any questions i had. I returned yesterday with the confidence to order what i wanted and again had the pleasure of being helped by Mark. His knowledge, explanation and eagerness to accommodate my kitchen requirements was second to none. 10 stars .

The guys were very friendly and chatty
The guys were very friendly and chatty. They were very clean and got the hob wired up and working. The only reason for the 3 stars is that I went into the shop with the dimensions of my existing hob, queried if this one would fit, was told they have a standard base it'll be fine and if not , the guys will sort it on the day. It wasnt sorted on the day. The hob was left on top of my counter because I was told I had to get a jigsaw and cut 10mm away to allow it to gently slot in... what was installation cost covering, if not to install it ??

Very Good Experience
My order was available for collection very promptly. Although I had to return my order it as it wasn't suitable, the return was effortless and the staff in Harvey Norman Waterford were very helpful and friendly.
