I have used Harvey since we moved to Killarney from Dublin and always prompt service and value and nice delivery personal.

Nice friendly, courteous staff especially Jason who dealt with me today at the Tralee Store. 👍

Hi , The staff member in Harvey Norman's Tralee store understood what I needed and was able to give correct advice and help . The chap did not try to sell me something I did not need, he helped me and advised me correctly . Well done all round.

Friendly staff and efficient service. They made my experience very quick and easy, which was appreciated as I was visiting in my lunch hour.

I placed my order 23/06/25.I got an email from H.N. to say that I would have my order in a few days. Then I got another email from HN tralee to say that they would deliver my order as soon as it came in to them. A week passed and nothing arrived. I rang HN tralee to be told that they had had my order in their store for 2 days. Their excuse for non-delivery was that they would not be in my area for deliveries until wednesday
Wednesday came and nothing arrived. It is now friday 18th July and my order has finally arrived, almost a month after I placed my order.
Poor service

Very fast service. I was very impressed that 2 different members of staff phoned me immediately after payment when they noticed an accidental double payment.

Good price and arrived on time

Honestly, I love dealing with the staff in Harvey Norman Tralee, I just need to point out this complaint is nothing on the people working in the store, it's just the environment in the shop itself can be quite unbearable in this heat. I wanted to make a big purchase yesterday, I needed a quote to kit out two apartments, as I buy all my house appliances there, but I really couldn't bear the heat inside the shop the other day there was no air and it felt sickening and clammy even felt i could get a headache from being in there too long. The sad thing is when I mentioned to the staff I'd have to leave till another day, they did offer me a bottle of water and even added that they were used to it at this stage... nobody should have to work in those conditions especially in a multi national organisation, it seems they do not respect their staff as much as the customers appreciate them. Again this is not a reflection on the staff but the organisation as a whole would do well to learn to take better care of its people. It really does give a whole new meaning to the phrase "sweat shop"! I'll be back either when the weather cools or your shop is bearable to do business in again. Thanks.

When I went to open my new Bosch vacuum cleaner I noticed straight away that the box was opened and badly resealed with sellotape down the sides and top. . The box had actually been torn and already opened. I rang the store and explained that I had a heart condition and couldn’t drive. Could they get me the Bosch vacuum cleaned that I had ordered. They said they couldn’t that I would have to go back to the store. I had to arrange for someone to drive me 25 miles to collect the Bosch vacuum cleaned that I had already paid for. Not one bit happy with Harvey Norman. I had bought the vacuum on line.

Staff was very helpful and I got the best price for my coffee machine

I visited HN Tralee today and had a fantastic experience with Craig Flood. Craig is an IT consultant within the store and his knowledge and communication skills are exceptional. He answered every question in a understand, concise and balanced way. I would strongly recommend HN Tralee and consult Craig for his insights, I will return for future purchases. Mary

I dealt with Emmet in the Tralee store. I had previously engaged on the phone with other staff members to address a technical difficulty. All, including Emmet, were exceptionally helpful, courteous and knowledgable. They were exceptionally keen to solve my problem
In the most efficient way possible in order to minimise any inconvenience. I found them excellent

My assistant in store was Anthony. He was incredibly helpful. He recommended a TV to suit me and I am 100% happy with the choice. I was not rushed with my decision and I was shown many options. The price was also very good. He also recommended someone to put the TV on my wall and this guy was also amazing, did an incredible tidy job. Overall my experience at your store was incredible and I would certainly recommend you to everyone. Thank you

Selected the deliver to car option, waited 25 minutes & went into store to collect instead, when I got back to the car I realised the wrong phone had been put into bag & had to go back in for the phone that was ordered

Excellent service in the store, friendly , efficient staff. Was able to check online whether my item was available before driving to store. Ordered other items online. They were delivered next day..great value. Great selection
