Good service
I have bought a number of items from Harvey Norman over the years. Bedding, electrical, TV and phones. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and polite. I had bought a chair last week, but after bringing it home, I discovered a small tear in the fabric. I emailed the store and within two hours I received a phone call from a very pleasant woman who managed to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

The product I wanted took a bit longer to be available and was given 14 days but only arrived after more than the set date,other than that the product was of a good quality staff were very helpful on my collection.

Long delay in item delivery
I ordered one item on 31st Jan. Called on 12th Feb and told there had been a mistake with the order and it would be ready by 19th Feb. Got email on 14th Feb to say it was ready for collection. When i showed up was told it would not be ready til end of week. Disappointed as i ordered it as a gift and didnt have it on time for them.
