The customer service has been excellent from the moment I booked the delivery. Neil, Stephen, and Dave—who returned to complete the washing machine installation—were fantastic. They coordinated everything smoothly and genuinely helped me throughout the process. Prices may vary between shops, but experiences like this truly make the difference when deciding where to shop again.

We have recently had a dishwasher delivered and installed, as well as an American fridge freezer delivered. Lucky for us, Thomas was assigned on both occasions which meant we (and our dog) were met with the friendliest interaction and best service. Our home and new products were treated with the greatest of care. Thomas gave us all the relevant info needed in relation to our appliances and support and we are super happy. Delivery was also really fast. Thank you Thomas and Team!

Had to wait a very long time to get west I ordered online

Excellent communication, arrived earlier than expected, put the new dryer in the kitchen where we wanted it, played with the dog, and took the old dryer away. checked all the paperwork to make sure all was good. Very polite and courteous

I ordered and paid for an oven in December and received notification that due to issues in the warehouse, there would be a 14 day delay. The reason I ordered an oven was because the previous one no longer worked. So, I waited through 14 days and after not getting any further updates, I contacted them to ask for an update. I received a reply that the item was still out of stock, this was the first time I’d been notified that the item was out of stock and they would contact me when it was back in stock. Had I been informed it was out of stock when I ordered, I would have ordered a different one or gone to another retailer. Last week I received notice that my oven would be delivered this week. The delivery went smoothly, but I’m still not happy waiting almost 3 months on my oven with no contact that wasn’t initiated by me, bar the initial message of a 14 day delay.

The delivery team were very punctual efficient and friendly.

Very negative experience in the Naas store

Had to return an expensive Coffee Machine 3 Months old.Naas store Manager was very rude and insisted it would have to be sent off to be assessed for 'customer misuse'. I tried to discuss my Consumer Protection rights and was told that my rights did not outweigh theirs !

A complaint has been made and is being dealt with internally apparently. If there is a manufacturing fault with the product the matter can be resolved ? Go figure

Purchase with this company at your own risk because you will be put through the ringer if anything goes wrong with it. So now I'm stuck without a machine until they can see if I broke it myself ! If surprise surprise this is what they determine, I will have to pursue this further by other means for redress.

Buy from somewhere else where you might receive better customer service and the presumption of honesty. If you bring a product back that stopped working after 3 months, then it's not fit for purpose.

We bought Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer in Harvey Norman Naas on the 21st of Feb. 2026. Damien is very helpful. He showed us few different options and was very patient and answered my questions. It became easy to pick what is best appliance for our house. The fridge and freezer was delivered in the morning by 2 lovely guys. But unfortunately, I was disappointed with the guy who delivered and installed the washing machine. He was rude ( i seldom use the word because i very seldom come accross such people). First he was not happy when i asked him to use our sidegate and backdoor because its a double door whereas the front maybe difficult because we have stuff in the corridor as we just move in. He was swearing under his breath which i can hear. We were trying to help him move the appliance and he was rude pointing us not to and brushed us off. So we left him, after he installed the washing machine he just left the tumble dryer by the door just like that. I understand he may not be directly employed by Harvey Norman but he represents them and i paid for installation so at least courtesy is expected.

The customer services and home deliveries is the best, cause I can buy brands from anywhere but the good guidance is important done by customer representatives.

Purchased Tv online which was ready very quick and easily done online.
Met person at the back storage area in Naas and was very friendly and quick with getting my order

I ordered a PC for click and collect at the nearest location to me, the website said it was out of stock in that location which was fine! I placed the order and within 15 minutes a HN employee rang me to confirm that i was aware there would be a delay in getting the PC delivered to the store.

Ordered a escooter online previous day was sent a email ready to collect the next day went to Harvey Norman Store Naas Co Kildare and I gave a reply I was on my way to the click and collect point and was sent a message item would be delivered in 15 minutes after over a half hour of waiting and went to customer service and made a query about order I was sent to 3 different sections and eventually found the correct section staff had no clue about click and collect after talking with them and was then given the product no apology no help with carrying the escooter out it was heavy after this experience wouldn't be ordering again from Harvey Norman shocking service

We normally buy in store but this time we ordered online and for delivery to car . I ticked all the relevant boxes.Notified HN when we arrived at the nominated spot but after 35 mins waiting ( with no call to say theres a delay etc )we decided to go in and pick it up ourselves. So wont be booking delivery to car again.
