No contact from store/company to let me…
No contact from store/company to let me know my online click and collect purchase was on back order. Only found out when I went in-store 3 days later! Francis was great, he explained about item on back order and followed up with an email a week later to let me know it was in store.

Kevin do your job
Imagine researching the best pair of headphones you can buy, deciding to go buy them. The guts of €400 we're talking. Getting to the store, naturally the headphones are under lock and key. Asking the staff to unlock them. Being told " thats not my job" waiting in an empty store for the key.. I'll admit, I lost my patience after 15 mins of standing around. The staff are brutal.

Will never purchase from Harvey Norman…
Will never purchase from Harvey Norman again, too much hassle when something goes wrong, try to get the manufacturer to sort out the problem when you purchase from them, delivery company extremely rude. Will never have to deal with again as i do not intend ever purchase again from them

Ordered a kettle over a week ago
Ordered a kettle over a week ago. Assumed as the company/warehouses are here it would be a couple if days. No communication from the partner shipment company who claim to be fast and to have your order to you in a couple of days. This must be coming from China. Won't be ordering online again. Very disappointing service.
