Very good service.
I was rang at 8.30am to let me know what time they would be with me. Very good as i had loads to do that day so i could carry on with my day. They also came when they said they would and had job done in 15 minutes. Delighted with the whole service.

Smooth click and collect experience
Was looking for a particular present for someone for Christmas. Harvey Norman had the item that I wanted at a competitive price. I did a click and collect order, received notifications when the items were ready and had a smooth, no-hassle collection experience.

Careless behaviour of the Harvey Norman
I have bought a Sony Bravia System 6 Sound bar on 27 November 2025 and till date i.e 23 December 2025 i have not got delivered of the product they are keep repeating we have not received the product from the sony.

Delivery was a disaster
Delivery was a disaster. Could not contact DPD. No one to speak to - still waiting on my delivery even though it went out for delivery Tuesday. These companies NEED TO HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON AT THE END OF A TELEPHONE LINE. Not a bot or an email service.
Disaster.....in my opinion! I wish I had driven to collect now!!
Also Kinsale Rd was no better as put a deposit on 2 items i was told would be in stock in a few days - waited 19 days & still nothing in stock.....bought my toaster in Soundstore instead - exact same one & ordered my m.wave from little island.....still waiting after 9 days.

Items as described so all good there. Downside was waiting 10 days with no reason given for delay. I also rang shop at little island for an update, first time i was left holding 15 mins while he checked but never came back. When I rang back he was gone to lunch. I left a message for him to return my call but this never happened.

Brutal to deal with, be
Brutal to deal with, online order placed with 2 products in store(little Island) 28/11/25 only to receive an email to say its delayed by 15 days and no further options offered, still unsure if Tablet will arrive for Christmas.
No response to emails
An update to the saga … they now emailed 13/1/25 and the end of the business day stating no product availability til after Christmas.

Superb quality product & Top service
Great price on natural Oak chairs. Purchased at 4 pm on Friday and deliverd at 12 noon the following Tuesday. This despite a very busy Black Friday sales period. The experience will bring me back for sure. Great communications from all the team at Harvey Norman - Highly recommended.

It was very easy to use the click and collect and once I called in store to collect my purchase the store assistant had it with me in less than a minute even with the store being very busy

I ordered two nextbase dash cams and only one came, when I rang about getting the second they said it was their fault and would send another one, it has been a week no sign of second dash cam or any email which they stated they would, can’t even talk to an Irish person on the phone I wish I could give one star
