Gabi was our sales assistant, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. She was able to provide multiple options for different pieces of furniture that we were looking for. We gave her brief descriptions and she knew exactly what wanted and where it was. She was very competent in describing protection cover, care instructions, delivery options, etc. I came in looking for a recliner and ended up purchasing a sofa and a console as well as the recliner. When purchasing items in the future, I will definitely look for Gabi as I felt in good hands with her.

I want to come on here and give some recognition to Jack- the assistant manager in electronics. I came in looking for a coffee machine but didn't know my head from my arse. thankfully, jack, was on hand to save the day. I told him money wasn't an issue and I'll spend whatever it takes but he was having none of it and made sure that all my needs were met, and for a generous price too. thanks to him, I can now enjoy the taste of a fine coffee from the comfort of my own home. my only complaint would be the 5 star limit. if there was 10 he'd get them all.

Didn't receive promised delivery cost refund.
No-one ever explained to me I need to purchase two plumbing services to have both washing machine and tumble dryer assembled and connected. So they hooked up just washing machine and left heavy dryer packed in the middle of the kitchen.
