Very unpleasant girl at the desk. I purchased my item through Click and Collect stupidly thinking this would be faster. I can understand needing a email as proof of purchase but needing photographic identity like seriously what thief is going to have your phone with email details and your bank card....it's just ridiculous ,stupid rules wasted more time instead of saving it....never again

Do better
I placed an order for collection and, after waiting 24h had to go in and remind the staff that my order had already been placed. Only then did they check the system and prepare it. If I had not gone up to ask, I would likely still be waiting. Quite disappointing, although I understand that things can happen.

I ordered a combo microwave from Harvey…
I ordered a combo microwave from Harvey Norman on 14 November. It was delivered on 3 December, but it arrived with broken glass. It was not in proper packaging — there was only polystyrene around it and it was wrapped in plastic film.
Now it is 15 December and I still have not received any response from them. They are simply ignoring me.

It was my first order from Harvey…
It was my first order from Harvey Notman. Ordered a toaster and a kettle through the website with picking up. The order was confirmed fast. I wasn't the one who collected. But even though we haven't had problems with that. And everything works perfectly fine.

I received the wrong item in my on line order and when I called them in the Drogheda store to tell them they sorted it out within 10 minutes and the next morning I had received my correct order and wrong item was collected and returned. Excellent customer service.

Your service is terrible.
Your service is terrible.made an order twice for store collection..first time canceled for Drogheda collection, I was advised to order for Sword collection and I did it...I even rang in a shop to make sure everything ok. It was a delay for 6 weeks..and it's canceled again after two weeks of waiting...Never again I will use Harvey Norman ..and it's my advise to everybody ,shop somewhere else
