Absolutely unacceptable experience with…
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Harvey Norman Blanchardstown. I purchased an air fryer that was supposed to be brand new, but when I opened the box, it was obvious the product had either been used before or returned by another customer. There was almost no proper packaging inside, and the air fryer itself was dirty, with clear signs of previous cooking use.
Selling a used or dirty appliance as new is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Sadly, this is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this company, and my trust in Harvey Norman is gone. Quality control and customer service are clearly not a priority here.
I would strongly advise people to carefully check products before leaving the store.

Great experience at Blanchardstown Harvey Norman with Ayaz
We had a really great experience at Harvey Norman Blanchardstown, and I wanted to highlight how helpful Ayaz was during our visit.
He was welcoming from the start, very patient, and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Everything was explained clearly, and there was no pressure at any point, just genuine help and good advice.
It made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable, which is not something you always expect when shopping for bigger purchases.

Accommodating, friendly service
Ordered online and Ciara at the Blanchardstown store was incredibly helpful when I ran into an issue. I had to reschedule the delivery twice and she was so accommodating she made a very stressful experience a lot more pleasant as I didn't need to worry about my order.
All items arrived on time and as expected. Excellent service.
